Beautiful hotel and superb restaurant. Remarkable welcome

Great hotel, very comfortable in the pretty town of Saint Renan. First little vacation with a 2 month old baby! We didn't have time to try the restaurant but the other guests loved it (they all talked about it during breakfast ;) which was also very good and very complete) An authentic hotel is much better than chains of identical hotels... We had a great stay including a great visit to an island on the invaluable advice of the chef/boss! He kindly took the time to inform us and we did well to follow his advice! Really great ! Thank you so much

The fan is missing when it's hot. and anti-mosquito sockets. I had to fight for 1 hour to eliminate 20 mosquitoes. It seems to me that they manage to get in through the vents above the windows of room 11. The coffee machine with capsules in the room is very good. For the bathroom, there is a lack of lighting at the level of the mirror and the mirror support is not suitable (glass offset from the wall by 10 to 15 cm in room 11) For the catering, there is a lack of a second choice for the E/P/D of the evening stage. Too bad the supplement to have the three dishes. At reception, it would be good to improve the computer system to go paperless and send the invoice by email. Parking for vehicles is not very convenient on the street. For breakfast, it's good for the savory part but on the sweet side, the pastries are missing. TV screen a little small.

The rooms are not worthy three stars quality. The management tries to make a good profit with high prices but low quality rooms. There is an awkward smell in the rooms, they rooms are a combination of very small rooms with different floor levels. Its furniture does not meet the descriptions and photographs of the website. We have seen several rooms upon request, but none dit meet what’s displayed on internet. The bathroom is small and does not have a bathtub, shower is aprox 80x80 cm, very small and inconvenient. I would not stay here again!

The room was small and it was very hot. That’s OK. But during the day until late night, I could not open the window because a lot of odors from the restaurant below came into the room. Bed barbecue smell in the whole room. I think this only applies to the room facing the backyard where the restaurant ventilation ends.

We had booked on the basis of the opinions of previous travelers but were disappointed: No one to welcome us on arrival, we did not receive, unless I am mistaken, the access code to the lobby before our arrival. Fortunately, an employee passing by saw us. Our room seems to have been prepared in a hurry. In the bathroom, the end of a roll of toilet paper and a loose toilet seat. In the room intended for four, a courtesy tray with a kettle/coffee maker with a glass, three cups and… a tea bag… no coffee pod. We went for breakfast. The bedding was comfortable but the non-existent sound insulation allowed us to share the stay of our room neighbors and not miss a beat of the comings and goings in the street and in the hallway. The breakfast consisted of quality products but nothing extraordinary. We had to look for a staff member to check out. We were asked for full payment when the accommodation was already paid when booking. In short the accommodation does not deserve its three stars and we would not recommend it. We did not try the restaurant.

Unfortunately very noisy, impossible to sleep before 1 am, no double glazing. Extremely disappointed.

Une chose insupportable est quand on promet la wifi dans les services et qu'il n'y a pas de wifi. Dans ce cas j'en avais vraiment besoin et il n'y avait aucune connexion. Si je l'avais su j'aurais choisi un autre hôtel.

A mosquito-infested room; view of the back of the restaurant courtyard (the staff talked and laughed loudly until midnight the first night we arrived); the floor is not very hygienic (a kind of jute carpet), the floor of the toilets not very clean, and nauseating rises in the bathroom. At the start, the person at the reception did not even ask us if everything had gone well The location is ideal

I was very disappointed with the soundproofing of the rooms. I happened to be in room number 4 near a fire escape on a Monday night. The restaurant is therefore closed on Monday evening, the hotel offers an in-room meal which is delicious by the way. That being said, I found myself in a "collocation" with 2 clients who were dining on the steps of the emergency exit, in short, it's as if they were in my room. And this, until 10 p.m., I had done 330 kms and it pissed me off to hear them bellow.

Room downgraded compared to the order. Trash in the room not emptied. No blackout shutters or curtains. Friendly staff.

Expensive hotel compared to the services provided. Hotel without lift. Mediocre bathroom.

We would have expected to find a "charming" hotel in this pretty town: no private parking, no elevator (small attic room on the 3rd floor), an expensive breakfast (14€) for ridiculous quantities ( we had to ask for more than a slice of bread, milk...). On the other hand, staff rather welcoming and friendly

The hotel is old but in good condition and very clean. The made-to-order breakfast is surprising, but it's a good idea to better adjust supply and demand. Special mention for the quality of welcome of the young team. The mention of free parking is ambiguous. There is no car park at the hotel, but the town of Saint-Renan offers several free car parks, three of which are in the vicinity of the hotel.

Overall pretty good performance. We regret the narrowness of the beds in 140, and the Wifi speed which is too low.

Very warm welcome, you feel at home! Simple but well equipped room. Breakfast is excellent. The mode of operation of breakfast (ordering the contents the day before) with table service on a tray is really an excellent +. Congratulation !

It's not nice that you have to decide on the date/time for breakfast and what you want for breakfast as soon as you enter the building. Unfortunately, we ordered too much here in the rush. A pity. The rest is perfectly fine. Especially the hotel's own restaurant is very good!

The hotel is well located and a little extra, the Saturday market 🤗👍 The staff is very welcoming and very warm.

Beautiful Breton stage for a Pentecost weekend. Very friendly welcome and professional service. Room a bit small if you stay more than one night. With luggage it is best to stay on the first floor. Deformed mattress.
