The staff were very welcoming and friendly! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, with a fantastic breakfast, and the hotel terrace and bar had impeccable service.

Room for 3 people: space a bit narrow; impossible to open the bathroom door completely because the bed was in the way. For everything else, everything was very good.

For a 3-star hotel, there's no courtesy tray. And they refused to serve us in the restaurant after 8:15 p.m. during school holidays. What a shame!

Great stopover in Beaucaire

We stayed 2 nights at the Logis des Vignes Blanches. The rooms are well renovated, the bedding is of good quality. A strange noise (like a pump) appears when using the bathroom but stops afterward so it does not disturb sleep. The toilets are very very small, this can be a problem depending on the person's build. The rooms facing the "small street" are quiet. The staff is lovely and attentive. We also had dinner at the hotel on Friday evening. A reduced menu that guarantees fresh products. Innovative and very well-executed cuisine (the seasonings are very good). The breakfast, served as a buffet, is varied. The vintage decor of the dining room is very nice.

The quality of the reception staff and the place are truly pleasant, relaxing, conducive to real rest....

The hotel has the advantage of being close to Les Baux-de-Provence, of a very reasonable price, of having private parking and of offering on-site catering. An effort has been made on the decoration, as much of the reception, the dining room as the rooms. The rooms have very effective quadruple glazing as well as an entrance hall which reduces noise from the corridor. On the other hand, they have been optimized as much as possible for a very limited surface area and a somewhat cramped bedding (140cm bed) but the recent renovation (especially in the bathroom) has been well thought out.

Terrible experience, absolutely not recommended. Upon arrival, the welcome was cold and rude: the reception staff spoke only French, making no effort to communicate in another language or provide clear explanations. This is unacceptable in a hotel. The room was tiny, so much so that the bed took up almost the entire space: when opening the bathroom door, it slammed directly into the sink. The towels were already wet, and when we asked for a replacement, we were met with long faces and rudeness from the staff. Cleanliness was nonexistent: bathrooms full of hair and dirt, hallways with vomit stains left on the carpet, a truly shameful level of hygiene. The common areas also left much to be desired: the pool, without a single umbrella, completely exposed to the scorching sun, was unusable. We had booked for three nights, but after the first, we decided to leave. We paid the dog supplement and were not provided with a bowl or pillow for him. A stay to forget.

Basic room, small toilet, I'm not tall and hit my head. Very good bedding, everything is very clean and the staff very good. Only one disabled space, my wife had to walk because there was no more space, we were in the housing estate opposite, on the other side of the road.

Top staff from the reception to the maid. Nice hotel but does not deserve 3 stars. Limited breakfast for the price (commercial fruit juice). Defective door handles, toilet flushing into the void, but absolutely nothing to say about the cleanliness of the place.

I am rarely so critical of a place but this time I must admit that I am disappointed. I give 2 stars because the bed is very comfortable and there is air conditioning that works well, as well as the location of the place which is close to everything, these are the good points. The less good unfortunately: A very (too) small room, Sheets and pillowcase stained / dirty (see the photos for proof on my arrival) The broken toilet bowl (photo) The staircase cluttered at 4:40 p.m. by various things linked to the stewardship no doubt ... The floor of the swimming pool is dangerous the joints are non-existent and the tiles of the swimming pool are one higher than the other (risk of stopping the toes) I did not take photos I did not have my phone. To talk about the welcome, it's really not what I expected... A bad welcome = 8 breakfasts lost as well as 8 lunches and 8 dinners lost... The parking lot is tiny compared to the hotel building and the number of rooms

A perfect stay in a charming setting! The hotel is ideally located for visiting attractive cities less than 30 minutes away. Rooms cost over €120 without air conditioning. They prefer to give rooms where they work to tourist buses. I book 100 nights a year for my work, as well as 200 restaurants. I was very disappointed.

It was clean, the hotel staff was friendly and cheerful. The bedding was perfect and the sheets super soft, I had two excellent nights.

I booked a room with air conditioning, which was very important due to the heatwave (temperatures reached up to 35°C). Only upon arrival did I find out that the air conditioning wasn't working, but the staff informed me that they had placed a fan in the room instead. I went to check if the room temperature was bearable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t—it was hot and stuffy, and due to the noise outside, it wasn’t possible to open the window.

I asked whether, given that the room did not match the description on the website, I could get a discount on the stay. The staff refused and only offered that I could cancel the reservation and they would refund me in full for those nights. I’d like to add that it was already 7 PM, so I was put in a particularly difficult situation—they could have informed me about the issue much earlier, but they didn't.

I decided to cancel the reservation. Despite the staff's promises, I still haven’t received a refund, and they are no longer responding to my emails. I would never have expected such unprofessional and disgraceful behavior from such a large establishment. I absolutely do not recommend this place. They cannot be trusted, they deceive their customers, and the description of the rooms does not reflect reality.

To visit the surroundings of Beaucaire, we booked this hotel with a swimming pool. We appreciated the family side of this establishment. The welcome was great. The swimming pool very clean. The room is very spacious and very well decorated. It would be interesting to be able to reduce the air conditioning which was a little too cold for our taste (and we complain). A small fridge would be a plus. The bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom with toilet is very spacious, the shower could be equipped with a central shower head (but that's just to be complete). In short, a very nice 2-day stay 20 minutes walk from Beaucaire which we recommend. Thank you to the hostesses and waitresses for their welcome and their kindness.

Mixed review, right from the start. A welcome without a hello, but the smile was there. We couldn't eat there because the cook was ready to commit suicide, we were told (we didn't want to be responsible for such an act). No problem, we found somewhere to eat elsewhere. We had a good night's sleep thanks to a comfortable bed. However, the television turned off every 3 minutes. Luckily, we were tired from a day on the road... In the morning, we arrived two minutes before the dining room opened. The comment was made in such a way as to make us feel guilty. There's a way of saying things. We're not animals, we could have waited with a nicer explanation than this two-minute comment. (I don't know anyone who's 2 minutes early or late). In short... There may be a lack of training for the reception staff. The 2 or 3 stars given are really to encourage us to return to the level that allowed you to have the opinions that brought us to your establishment.

The person who takes care of reception and who is surely the manager of the place should manage another position! In an office out of the way! Welcomed like two prisoners in pre-trial detention at the end of the morning, we drop off our suitcase and leave with a very good impression sic. Back around 5 p.m. loaded with our things, we are asked for a credit card imprint because many leave without paying. On the one hand, the room was prepaid, this concerned dinner. Suspicion hovers over us... I end up giving my card, but the friendly guy turns around and doesn't want it anymore. In short, this person is a pain because she undermines the extraordinary work of the rest of the team! Not being in the habit of hiding behind the anonymity of a website, I told her when I left what I thought of her manners. She'll recognize me...

Having arrived early at noon and having to dress for a wedding, we were offered to leave our suitcases in a meeting room with large windows and get dressed quickly with a lack of discretion and modesty. Indeed, we were told that the rooms were not available before 2 p.m. However, we could have asked for one of the rooms to be cleaned as a priority from noon! Furthermore, the room we were allocated was tiny and we had trouble sleeping because a night light on the ceiling above the door comes on every time we pass. When you go to the toilet at night, your partner is woken up! It's absurd. Too bad because the hotel looks good and breakfast in the garden is pleasant. We stayed 2 nights

Reservation made in a hurry, but taking into account the rather positive reviews, particularly those praising a local restaurant; Arrival a little after 8 p.m. after a very long day and many kilometers. Impossible to have dinner, and nothing nearby (without taking a vehicle); then air conditioning (very old) broke down with change of room at 10:30 p.m. (it must be recognized that regarding this problem, the staff was responsive.

Very small room, inaccessible toilet, small bathroom, bedroom curtain not blackout enough, woken up by the light, breakfast too little stocked for the price. Room price too high compared to the living space (no shelf near the bed, very little space on each side of the bed, ...) good point the bedding and the staff. In my opinion the rooms do not correspond to a 3 star hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that our room, which had a beautiful, large bed, was very small and the bathroom was ridiculous with the toilet almost under the sink.

The pool was great and very clean and well-maintained. We had a set menu at the restaurant twice, and the food was delicious and delicious. Communication with the staff was a bit difficult at times. More English skills would have been helpful.

The hotel is easy to access, provided you arrive by car. There are no nearby shops. Parking is available. The rooms and amenities are pleasant but cramped.

We enjoyed our stay, both the hotel and the restaurant. We recommend this establishment; it's well-decorated and very clean.

Chambre petite et sans balcon.

Very warm, welcoming and smiling staff. However, we noticed that this room was not part of the hotel itself but rather a service room next to the restaurant. We came to this conclusion because at 11 p.m. the hostess closed the restaurant gates. We could have gone to the bar during the night, for example, or to the kitchen. We also noticed that the login and password used for the Wi-Fi connection in the other rooms did not work in room 2; we had to use the lobby connection. Finally, the view of the hotel's storage room is not very pleasant. Based on this principle, we understand why a curtain was missing from the window and in the bathroom there were missing covers on the shower bar, a hook was broken and not replaced. For information, in PMR standards, the heating element of the mixer tap must be cold to avoid any burns in the event of a transfer. Finally, the TV was in Spanish and we only had access to TNT.

Very very disappointing, no hot water in the shower 3 days out of three

Hotel booked online for the same evening. A very nice discovery, everything was perfect! The room has a king size bed with excellent bedding and the whole (room and bathroom) was very clean. In the evening, we chose to dine at the hotel restaurant (without prior reservation) and it was an excellent surprise: all the dishes from starter to dessert were succulent (original, perfectly prepared and presented, in short, a real treat!) Breakfast offers a wide choice of sweet and savory, enough to meet all requests. The staff is really friendly, very attentive. A great address.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the hotel. We received a great welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for the young man who managed reception and also the breakfast service during our stay. The lady who cleaned the room was also exceptionally polite and friendly. There was secure parking for our bicycles and small trailer, and also a tool kit available for minor adjustments to the bicycle. The room was large, bright, and immaculate. Breakfast was good and could be taken on the lovely terrace. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. There is a lovely terrace and a pool. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Nice hotel and good service as long as everything is fine. On the other hand, three things unpleasantly surprised us during our stay: 1. Cold and impersonal welcome. 2. Following a water outage, a person went up to check that it was true. She told us that a technician had intervened. She left and left us without any news. The water came back on. We went down to reception without having been able to shower. Although we were identified, not a word of apology. 3. At breakfast, we wanted to use the paid jukebox. We put in money. The jukebox was not powered. The person plugged it in. The jukebox did not take our payment into account. "Oh well, it didn't work!" Still no apology or offer to get the money back. The hotel is nice, but please train your reception staff in their job and especially in empathy.

Decent hotel but be careful with the soundproofing, the neighbors get annoyed quickly when you press the switches. Air conditioning on full blast when we arrived it was freezing! For the rest nothing to complain about.

I booked a superior double room on 08/16/24 (room 305). The view from the balcony overlooked the busy street... The bathroom door does not close, which is annoying when going to the toilet. The small window in the bathroom could not open completely, touching the shower head. The bed was very comfortable, but we noticed many stains on the bed and on the bath towels taken in the photos. We informed the reception of our disappointment when we left, specifying that we did not understand what could justify 116 euros for this room. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, which is very pleasant and very large. Unfortunately, the proximity of the hotel to the busy street does not allow us to enjoy the peace and quiet that we initially wanted.

The stay was really very pleasant in the hotel. The only downside was that I had an argument with a hotel guest because of my dog, who are allowed in the hotel, because he did his business near a flower pot outside... Maybe remind guests that dogs are more than welcome?

A magnificent place that I highly recommend, the staff is very attentive, cleanliness is top notch, nothing to complain about. All that's missing is a small fridge and kettle in the room. I would come back without any problem and even with my eyes closed

Very disappointing stay, cramped room only one bedside table, no shelf, tiny toilets someone tall has their knees against the door, which you have to open to get dressed. The worst thing is that we had a reservation for three days, the cleaning was never done despite the note on the door indicating that the room could be cleaned. These rooms are on the 1st floor, friends staying on the 3rd benefited from a large accommodation, double bed, large bathroom for the same price. Really very very disappointed.

Ce dernier séjour, enfin la nuit a été un peu gâchée par un groupe très bruyant installé sur la terrasse. Sommeil très perturbé du fait de la chambre donnant sur la terrasse…

Négatif : tele hygiène, petit déjeuner, wifi, parking, non respect de leurs horaires (piscine ouverte après 23h ...!

Our rooms were ready before the scheduled time of 4 pm.
We had our family birthday celebration outside, in their garden with a beautifully dressed table and plenty of space for grandchildren who played ping pong, mini-soccer etc. They brought out a delicious cake instead of the individual cake on the menu. The family rooms were perfect and not available in a lot of hotels.

Excellent welcome, very pleasant swimming pool and large parking lot. The dishes offered are refined and prepared with great originality. I highly recommend.

Ideally located between Arles Nimes and Avignon, with good value for money in high season. Little retro charm.

We had an excellent stay in this tastefully renovated family hotel. There is a very large room, the bedding is very comfortable and the staff are friendly.

We have come to this hotel 4 times now and we are always delighted with the welcome and comfort we find there. We feel very comfortable while respecting our tranquility, a special mention for the cleanliness. the rooms are great, just missing a small fridge to cool our little bottles of water. The hotel is not in a pleasant location. It had scaffolding across the entire front and building noise from early in the morning. We were not warned about this. The decor in the public areas was poor (e.g. worn carpet). The restaurant was closed for the night of our stay. The air conditioning in our room was not working. Our window looked out on to the fire escape which had an empty used water bottle and a cleaning spray bottle littering it.

Very decent hotel offering quality services. Pleasant and attentive staff. A very good value for money. Small downside: the soundproofing of the rooms is not great.

We were passing through the area and I had reserved 2 rooms, one for us and one for friends. Pleasantly surprised. Small downside, our friends asked to change rooms because of the strong smell of tobacco, so they had a larger room instead. As for us, very small room

Renovation work carried out for our 3-person room. Finishing details remain to be reviewed. No bolt for the door separating the bathroom/toilet from the bedroom. Old handle. One night stay, bedding is OK. All clean.

Nous étions 33 personnes à partager un séjour d'une semaine. L'accueil est souriant, la literie excellente, la nourriture excellente et variée et imaginative, le directeur charmant.

A night spent in this establishment..warm welcome upon our arrival and throughout the stay!! As short as it is!! Parking available, which is practical...as well as access to a very well maintained swimming pool!! Very clean and comfortable room…double glazing…so well soundproofed!! Special mention for the staff present that day, the very friendly female team, respectful and concerned about your comfort!! We will never forget these kind people!!

Hôtel actuellement en cours de relooking/rénovation nous sommes trés bien accueilli. Les chambres sont propres. Les chambres sont bien décorées et insonorisées malgré la route passante devant l'hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Bar et restaurant seront, je n'en doute pas, plus chaleureux une fois les travaux terminés. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.

Très pros et conviviaux, le repas du soir avec buffet pr entrées et desserts est divin pour les plats principaux proposés. Merci à tous pour m'avoir si bien entourée (2 décès).
Juste n'oubliez pas de poser la question "avez vous des allergies alimentaires ?" à l'arrivée pour chaque client valable pr pt déj et dîner.
Le porte serviette gêne vraiment pour accès à la douche sauf personne très mince ou sans aucun handicap.

Hotel under construction which did not bother but no restoration which had not been reported. Clean room but too cramped for twin beds (no bedside tables). The shower room was also small with the toilet squeezed into a small corner opposite the sink.

De nombreux mégots de cigarettes sur le balcon.... signalé à la réception , mais pas beaucoup de réaction... Le samedi matin réveillé à 7h30 par des coups de marteau dans la cour, l'hôtel est en travaux certes, mais la réceptionniste à soutenu que cela venait d'un chantier voisin à 100m , même constat pour le voisin de la chambre à côté... nous ne croyons pas à ces explications et n'en démord pas. Bref , ressentit négatif dans l'ensemble !

The hotel undergoes a major renovation impacting the customer's appreciation. The breakfast is given in a poor area with old furniture. Also renovated rooms have poor and old furniture. The wooden floor of the rooms is old and dirty.

En travaux=> restaurant fermé, hall glacial, porte d’ascenseur cassée. Tiroir d’armoire inouvrable car bloqué par la porte du placard trop grande .
Bryuant. Je vous recommande vivement de vous abstenir et passer votre chemin.

I come here regularly for professional reasons and I find this hotel to be perfect. Looking forward to the end of the work (May probably) because it is getting a makeover.

Firstly, entry at 4:00 p.m. and exit at 11:00 a.m. I don't find it right and secondly, in the shower I only find a small towel, I don't know if it's for the face or the hand or the shower😠

A little disappointed because it is under renovation so no catering on site. For lunch it corresponds to the price even if it is the MM buffet the day before. And we had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom but overall it's OK

Clean room and decent welcome but given the price of the package (28 euros), we have the right to hope for a little more quality. No one to welcome you into the room. You wait standing for a while before someone comes to you (the next customers were in the same situation as me). The starter buffet is very limited and probably not "homemade" (macedonia + very limited assortment of cold meats), followed by a main course (correct but overcooked meat) and the dessert buffet is very limited or even indecent. The only advantage is not having to return to the vehicle to eat!

The restaurant is under construction but given what has been redone (new rooms, cozy corridors, seminar room...) it looks promising! Congratulations.

Impossible to turn off the heating. Breakfast not included on the bill because added at the end and paid in cash. I strongly advise against breakfast at 10 per person. No hot latte. You have coffee then cold milk, no microwave. Impossible to have hot milk or hot chaucolat. No toaster for bread.

Rooms renovated recently are of rather small size but very tastefully decorated and very nice to stay in.

Arrived Friday 17/11/2023 around 3 p.m. we already had the impression of disturbing the person at reception (I think responsible for the establishment) who was working on his computer but we understood that we were the only ones for the night in this establishment. Currently the entire catering area is undergoing modernization work but it seems to me that the room reserved for breakfast could have been a little more welcoming! Saturday morning, left the hotel around 10:30 a.m., returned around 2:30 p.m. in the room: bed not made, towels in bulk….return to the reception where the young receptionist informed us that being alone in the hotel, the cleaning lady was put on leave!!!!the receptionist quickly made our bed and provided other towels but no cleaning was done, the trash not emptied. Sunday late afternoon when we returned, bed made, towels changed, trash emptied but shower and sink not cleaned since our arrival. We have never been faced with such a situation. AN ESTABLISHMENT WHICH ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT DESERVE THREE STARS and during energy saving periods all the exterior bulbs (and there are many) remain on all night
