Good hotel, delicious cuisine, perfect for transit

Nice hotel just off motorway , small room but comfortable bed and nice bathroom (rain shower) nice terrace, only Italian restaurant open on night I was their it good but would of preferred the closed French one

We had a perfect stay on our way home from the south of France.

Overall we are satisfied with the hotel
The only real problem is the plastic cover on the mattress in the bed, which caused sweating and discomfort

We slept well with a comfortable bed but there were some disappointing aspects: the shower leaked badly, the room was very stuffy despite the ventilation system; at breakfast there was only one machine for all the coffees and teas which broke down often...and a large group which arrived by bus. You have to wait a long time for a small cup of coffee/tea.

All good, except the breakfast. That was just cheap and not fresh.

Lack of lighting in the entrance to room 42. No power outlet in the bathroom. Very pleasant hotel, well decorated, hearty and very sufficient breakfasts. Meal at the exceptional restaurant, refined cuisine, delicious and attentive staff with good advice. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

Overall disappointing for the price. Breakfast to avoid, dry buns from the day before, surely, scrambled eggs also dry and strange, pastries bland and disgusting. In short, avoid this breakfast. Correct evening catering but very light in terms of the proportions served. Service fast but cold and unfriendly...

Average cleaning: a lot of hair on the floor in the room: my socks were full of it and there was also some on the sink. The evening stopover is a bit expensive compared to other pleasant receptionist and waiter accommodations. Beware of the service in the restaurant, which wants to send the dishes too quickly: we received the starters when we had just had our aperitif. We asked to wait a little: the carpaccio served afterwards was a little lukewarm because it was placed too early on the plate: review the communication between the service and the kitchens

The room facilities need an update. The mattresses are wrong. When you take a shower, all the water is distributed in the bathroom because there is no seal under the glass wall and the door is too short

In the evening stage the evening meal was more than disappointing, the entry worthy of a bad cafeteria and for the rest it was not much better including the undrinkable Italian wine but which was still changed to me. The rooms are okay.

Hotel is very close to the highway, handy. Although on the website of logishotels it was stated that the restaurant was open at sundaynight, it wasn't. But they solved that perfectly by serving an 'assite froide'. That was very nice. The breakfast ambiance was horrible (food ok!). A lady of the hotel was cleaning very loud, we couldn't have a conversation with each other. No athmosphere at all, only 3 couples had breakfast and they were put very close aside each other, while 90% of the room was empty. In post covid time not comfortable.

No hot water in the first room so we were given another room which I had to move all our gear into. This room’s water was warm but the toilet cubicle had its skirting board missing and there were actual holes in the wall for electrical sockets

When you consult the site, you think of dining in a gastronomic type restaurant. It is quite different, you must choose your menu at the reception upon your arrival. (Lasagna, spicy penne or minced chicken)! No heating in the bathroom and broken mirror lighting

Too bad the quality of service is not always equivalent from one stay to another

No water on Monday morning. A minimum is to shut the hotel when they know some work will be organised.
17 euros for accepting a dog is excessive. Normally, it is 10 euros. And for the crazy amount, even no water bol is proposed.
Very nosy with the gardener and the work in the hotel.

Friendly personel, clean room. Glutenfree dinner and breakfast was no problem.

At least over a period of over 20 years we stayed at your hotel once a year or more.Now we see that the hotel is detoriating.The toiletseat is displaced,the drainageplug of washbasin is absent, the door cannot be closed from inside,the shaver does not work (Insufficient current ) and the floorcover in our wing of the hotel is dirty.

We booked the hotel as it has a restaurant. When we discovered that the restaurant was closed on Sundays it was not possible to cancel. We were offered a cold plate as evening meal and ordered one such plate (we already had a large lunch). New person responsible in the evening. We repeated the order for one cold plate (which we intended to share). We were served two plates and assumed the kitchen hade divided our plate on two plates. Then we were told that we had eaten two plates and had to pay for two plates. Very disrespectful to us as clients. We were obviously not listened to. Fells like robbery. We will never get back to you and the question is if we can get back to Logis de France - I doubt that. Obviously you have staff without the proper skills for a service business as hotel and restaurant. We have been travelling a lot in France - this year three weeks, staying at many hotels and eating all meals at restaurants during that period. Usually nice and respectful, this experience is one of our worst!!

€25,- for a Dog was too much,

Friendly staff, breakfast a bit simple.

We feel the hotel is "in decline". Few staff and surroundings a bit "bric a brac". But the room and bedding were comfortable and the reception staff very friendly. (Reservation of a restaurant for us in the neighboring village, the restaurant of the hotel being closed on Sundays). Ok for a one night stopover.

Comfortable room, good beds, friendly staff. We had diner in the Italien restaurant: very good and tastful!

The hotel seemed to be going through a process of room refurbishment so these comments are inclusive of that. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I did think however, that for a 3 star hotel the towels were a bit jaded and in one instance a bit yellow. Also the toilet paper was not particularly luxurious!!

The evening meal we had in the restaurant however was extremely good. For a longer stay the menu may have been rather limited however

Op de kamer troffen wij twee glazen waar de lippenstift van vorige gebruikers nog op zat en een handdoek met vlekken. Na deze bij de receptie te hebben afgegeven hebben we nimmer vervanging ontvangen, noch enige vorm van compensatie aangeboden gekregen. In de kamer was een lamp defect; bleek achteraf in een niet werkend stopcontact gestoken te zijn. Een van de handgrepen van de deuren bleek er half af te hangen, de badkamer was dramatisch: douchekop was goed, maar de ophanging defect, bad erg klein en voor oudere gasten moeilijk bruikbaar. In de wastafel bleek de afsluitdop niet normaal geopend te kunnen worden; sloot per definitie de afvoer af. In de kamer was de airco half afgeplakt, op de toilet zat de bril volledig los en was de vloer nog drijfnat bij binnenkomst. Bij entree van het hotel werden we prima ontvangen, er was echter slechts een medewerker, waardoor bediening op het terras erg lang duurde. Het diner werd in keuze aangeboden: Franse keuken of Italiaanse Brasserie. Wij kozen voor het laatste, echter wat bleek, op het (niet al te uitgebreide) menu waren drie keuzen niet voorradig. Uiteindelijk gekozen voor risotto met mosselen. Bij uitserveren bleek risotto met scampi's geleverd. Bij navraag bleek dat er geen mosselen waren en heeft men er zelf maar scampi's van gemaakt. Al deze ervaringen maken een positieve aanbeveling onmogelijk; jammer, want het hotel en haar potentie zijn prachtig. Het ontbijt en de medewerkers hebben het gedeeltelijk goedgemaakt - was prima - in het geheel echter een teleurstellend bezoek.

Ondanks een huwelijksfeest/diner tijdens ons verblijf toch goed geslapen. Hadden ons aan de goede kant van het hotel een kamer gegeven.

Fantastic experience but only matras was a bit soft if you ask me.

A rest hotel in a good location outside of town, with a nice terrace and garden. The service is very good and friendly, the restaurant is excellent. The decor of the room is rather simple, no closet, only two drawers in the bathroom, no fridge, no safe. The breakfast is just average compared to the quality of the restaurant. Easily accessible by car, sufficient parking spaces.

Overpriced breakfast for what you get.

It is important not to book a stopover evening through the site, if you do not want to sleep in a single bed, it is best to make the reservation by phone and have it confirmed that the room has a double bed. ! It becomes systematic at home and it is painful. I end up being disappointed.

Convenient stay

Location of the hotel out of town and quiet, and the on-site restaurant is a comfort after a day of sightseeing. Also the kitchen is good.

Very friendly staff, prepared us a takeaway breakfast as we had a swift stopover on way to Eurotunnel.
Hotel looked lovely and would be a nice place to stay for visiting Metz.

In the evening stopover in a house of this level, I was happy to sit down to eat in the gastro restaurant. Bad luck it was at the Italian brasserie. My pleasure was spoiled. Entrance not up to par, very good hot dish with extra pasta and very good service. Good bedding but duvet too heavy and pillows too hard. I have not slept well. Too bad to have the bedroom door creaking to wake up the floor. A little oil would suffice. The breakfast is worth 4 stars.

Evening stopover very welcome.

Very nice hotel close to the motorway, but in a peaceful and rural surroundings. Lovely room. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (Sunday night) but the very friendly staff provided us with beer and coffee.

Great hotel that we already know from more than 25 years ago. Always on through or return journey. In those years, further investments were made in room and bathroom. Excellent bed. Food quality in resto excellent. Find the atmosphere of the decor a bit chilly.

Great hotel for a stopover, it’s location is excellent. Bed comfy, room large enough, restaurant good but not excellent.

It is inpossible to find the entrance of the hotel! We have searched the surroundings and even damaged our car when driven into an parking place. Why not a sign on the outside saying Hotel??

Average reception, I asked to change rooms because with 1 with 1 double bed, but not possible. He had to order his evening meal around 5 p.m.?

This was our third stay in this hotel. Unfortunately our experience was not as good as before. The bathroom was not very clean, the plug was missing from the bath, the shower was 'fixed' with duct tape and the toilet seat lay loose. There was a marriage party downstairs that went on well into the night, resulting in a lot of noise from people outside ion front of the hotel. The diner we had was good but a bit overpriced. The staff was very friendly although checking out took quite long.

Prima hotel voor een tussenstop. Keuze uit twee restaurants, waarvan een min of meer bistro is. Kamer en badkamer doelmatig en schoon. Adequate en vriendelijke medewerkers.
Een advies is om de entree meer te verlichten vanaf de parkeerplaats. Nu erg donker en als je voor het eerst komt is de entree niet eenvoudig te vinden.

rapport qualité prix du petit-déjeuner: moyen, accueil du personnel au petit-déjeuner à peine poli! Une seule question: vous êtes seul? quand au :"Bonjour" je ne l'ai pas entendu, mes oreilles n'étaient sans doute pas assez ouvertes...

Nous sommes heureuses de l’acceuil, location, l’acommodation du Logis. Malheureusement les restaurants n’etaient pas ouverts, mais ça va être mieux la procaine fois.

Impossible de prendre un bain : pas de bouchon: explication reçue le matin : plusieurs salles de bain sont en rénovation! Pas d'autre réponse. Le garde de nuit proposait un changement de chambre. Ce que nous avons décliné.
Restaurants : étant donné mon allergie à la volaille, nous avons du opter pour l'auberge italienne car tous les plats contiennent soit du foie gras soit de la. graisse de canard. A la brasserie italienne : dès la remise de la carte on nous annonce qu'il n'y a pas de plat de poisson (nous sommes vendredi!) et que les escalopes de veau sont TOUTES remplacées par du poulet (au même prix???)! Reste un plat de boeuf (le + cher de la carte). Nous optons pour des spaghetti aux boulettes de viande : ok, mais la portion un peu plus conséquente aurait été appréciée. Pire: le garçon ne portait pas de masque., alors que les clients DOIVENT le porter pour se déplacer (ce qui est normal). Remarque faite au collègue croisé plus tard : Sa réponse :"il est vacciné!" . Mais.... nous aussi! Inacceptable en cette période de pandémie!

Très lent. On attend 40 min pour un plat de pâtes ! Idem à la réception : personnel non formé.

Elegant Hotel with super service!

Hotel Les Tuileries in Féy is een goed hotel met goede keuken. Mooie kamer met goede bedden. Hotel ligt niet ver van de snelweg en ook huisdieren zijn welkom. Rondom hotel goede uitlaatplaatsen. Aanrader!

Literie en très mauvais état. J'avais prévenu, 15 jours à l'avance, que mon mari mesure 2 mètres et pèse 130kg. On nous a mis dans une chambre avec un matelas mousse de 10cm d'épaisseur bon à changer ! Il a dormi dans la voiture !

Un très bon accueil, une chambre propre et une bonne literie. Seul point négatif la salle de bain un peu vétuste.

Kamer, goed maar klein! Diner in het franse restaurant was behoorlijk prijzig en prijs en kwaliteit was zeker niet in evenwicht. Ontbijt was goed maar ook aan de prijs,
