Pleasant hotel and friendly staff. The food is very good, just one drawback: the soundproofing of the room as I could hear my neighbor on the phone and his TV.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hôtel des Perce-Neige in Bonnetage. Firstly, thanks to the very early check-in option, we were able to make the most of our day. The room was perfectly adequate. The bedding was incredible (I just have one comment: what's the point of that enormous desk at the foot of the bed?! I couldn't find room for my suitcase). The breakfast was very good. And we received a warm welcome and our needs were truly met. I highly recommend it.

Lovely setting, very pleasant stay

The welcome was rather cool. They only speak French, very poor English. Separate buildings: rooms and restaurant on the other side of the street, both on a busy road, quite noisy despite the wall and hedge. The room building is relatively new, the restaurant building old and makes a poor impression from the outside – torn canopies, withered plants. According to the hotel, check-in is only possible from 6:00 PM. Only one room on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. No bedside tables, only plastic chairs. Bed: thin mattress protector, very thick blanket. Street lamp directly in front of the window. No curtains, only an electric blind – so it's either no fresh air, total darkness and silence, or fresh air, brightness and street noise. Hotel rates for half-board and full-board are not clearly explained. Restaurant overpriced, menu only in French. Inattentive staff. Furnishings are mismatched. Cutlery dropped during table setting is placed on the table! The air conditioning needs cleaning. The quality and quantity were far from impressive – bland, unseasoned cod with rice, just two small pieces of overcooked vegetables, a dry, stale apple tart for dessert, and a bland crème brûlée. The breakfast room, with its mismatched furniture, was absolutely shabby. The quality and quantity were poor. Bread and croissants weren't replenished, the banana bread was dry and stale, the selection of cold cuts and cheese was minimal, and there were dead flies on the windowsill.

We were accommodated in a decent room, except the toilet was a bit cramped, otherwise overall it was fine.

Everything was perfect: a warm and welcoming reception, quiet and very pleasant accommodation, and outstanding cuisine – all the ingredients for an excellent stay. We highly recommend this establishment.

We were very warmly welcomed, the large 160cm bed was comfortable, and nothing was lacking. The meals were of good quality and plentiful.

Sweltering heat. No way to open the window because of the street noise. The radiator is a nuisance for the toilet: not great. Slippery shower floor.

Beautiful, comfortable room but missing 2 or 3 square meters more to move around. Bathroom very good except for the position of the toilet paper! Restaurant very good but breakfast could be improved, for example, correct-sized pastries, not mini ones! Otherwise, very warm welcome and good atmosphere.
