Quality bedding, excellent menu and table service. I will return.
Magnificent in all aspects and especially the restaurant. Only one detail to improve in the hotel: the temperature in general and in the rooms was somewhat cold despite the existing heating system.
Cleanliness, excellent food, well-maintained hotel
The hotel, location and facilities are first rate. Rooms were good and bathroom also.
However, on checking in and to book a table for dinner, we were told that they were full and had no availability at any time. And yet there had been NO communication in the pre-arrival comms.
The front desk were "reluctantly" helpful. No suggestions of other places to choose. Bearing in mind the hotel is not in any town.
I found a place to book and the front desk were again reluctantly helpful in finding a taxi. (taxi firm was great!)
I cant say what food was like, but breakfast was good.
Overall I would say if you are not using the pool or spa or have a dinner reservation, this is NOT a good value for money place and is not best located...

One small drawback: when we made our reservation, we weren't informed that the restaurant would be closed in the evening due to a seminar. An on-site restaurant is one of our main criteria when choosing a hotel.
Beautiful hotel, pleasant, comfortable room (pool view in my case), impeccable bedding. Overnight stay with the possibility of different choices. Varied selection - sought after and very good.

Superb hotel and restaurant with its relaxing park, not forgetting the welcoming and efficient staff.
A dynamic and welcoming team! They all have a smile!!! The restaurant is excellent, the wine cellar is excellent (with very good advice from the sommelier), the rooms are always spotless!!! The spa, the swimming pool, not forgetting the little homemade biscuit that accompanies the coffee with the meal!!!

De standaardkamer esterg duur voor slechts zeer basic comfort (geen felsje water op de kamer, geen waterkoker de koffie-apparaatje, geen koelkastje). Badkamer en toilet waren wel heel erg in order. Men were already looking for what they did at the hotel and the Spa was ready... Onthaal was erg vriendelijk en correct. Aangenaam restaurant, you can also order it. Pan-fried Foie Gras and Vielen wat tegen Scallops.

Smiling staff. 3 downsides: @ the pool showers and cabins have not been cleaned for at least 1 month @ the service at the restaurant is very very slow. The waiters pass empty, without clearing you and we do not know why. @ the outdoor tables are not cleaned after each meal

A little skeptical about the restaurant service which charged for things not consumed, served in 1:15 a.m. even though the time slot was reserved, the lack of professionalism of the waitresses and the friendliness. Regarding the hotel reception and services, everything was perfect and professional
Carpet in our room old and discoloured as we couple see by the door and wardrobe. Also lock on 237 very poor had difficulty leaving the room as dead lock faulty. Reception very helpful in booking restaurant in town as they were full with a wedding party!
Very pleasant spa hotel, a superb stopover
Excellent location and beautiful structure with large, clean and comfortable rooms. It's a shame that upon arrival, with my 71 years of age, I had to carry my suitcase to the first floor without a lift alone without anyone's help. I think it is an essential service in a hotel like this. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired with cold eggs and bacon that seemed to have just come out of the fridge and when I asked for a soft-boiled egg I was told it wasn't possible to have it.

Error in assigning the room already occupied by a lady when the door opened. Back to reception who doesn't understand and apologizes half-heartedly, nothing more. Evening stopover arrived at the restaurant at 7:35 p.m., handing over the menu in the crowd, at 7:55 p.m. still no order taken, so I left the room and reported the situation to the room manager. The waiters chat among themselves behind a partition which leads to the kitchens and those who serve in the dining room pass without looking up, far from me. Breakfast, I pass the reception to go to the room, three young girls on their cell phones, I say hello, no response. I pass the cleaning ladies who greet me. Hot milk is missing from a thermos, the bacon is burnt. A disaster from A to Z, I have known the establishment for years, the deterioration is constant, the bottom has been reached. Lack of professionalism of the supervisors and waiters. I present the situation of my stay upon my departure to reception, I was told that I should have come forward before leaving the restaurant. No commercial gesture at the time of billing, a shame.
