Very interesting hotel

Excellent welcome. Overnight stay with a more than adequate dinner. Functional and clean room.

Too Expensive. Nice peole but too expensive.

Booked a room the day before, the reception was lacking. Street parking is available, and there's no hotel parking. The room is spacious, with a slight smell of stale alcohol. The decor is a bit dated but cozy, and the bathroom is clean. Dinner is very good, and breakfast is simple. There's a good brand of coffee machine in the room.

We reserved two rooms and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was easy. Our rooms very nicely decorated, comfortable, and offered all the amenities we desired and needed. We chose to take dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were not disappointed. Our dinners were nicely prepared to order and breakfast was overly generous. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would not hesitate staying again on future visits to the Loire Valley.

Quirky hostelry with helpful host and excellent food in the restaurant. Only complaint really was the cost, 248 euros for the room and dinner.

The hotel has a wonderful traditional feeling, well taken care off and with a great garden. The food in the restaurant is traditional and well made. We were happy.

This has become our regular stopover when travelling to the Lot

A perfect, peaceful, and green getaway; we appreciated the unconventional and exotic setting. Living the high life!

Charming place, exceptional trees in the garden including an exceptional giant Sequoia, nice and tasty menu offered, but the room equipment was defective (television, telephone and scales).

We really enjoyed our stay here from arrival to departure. Welcoming and helpful host. Interesting courtyard and gardens. Nice and comfortable room. Excellent evening meal eaten outside in the courtyard. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the indoor pool. We will certainly return.

Warm welcome, easy access from A10, great inside pool!

We last stayed here c20 years ago, when it was good, full and had a smartish restaurant. It is now very different. There is now just a bistrot. The garden is overgrown, parking is in a wood at the back, and the manager, receptionist and waiter were the same person. It needs a complete revamp. Nonetheless our stay was OK.

We stayed at the hotel again on our outbound and return journey to the Vendée. As always, we felt very comfortable. The garden and indoor pool are an oasis. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect.
