A very comfortable room and a breakfast with delicious local products (just missing a gluten-free and lactose-free option). The welcome and service were very pleasant, with very kind and attentive staff. The restaurant was very good. The spa experience was enjoyable and reasonably priced. A few small details were missing, such as proper shampoo and conditioner, as well as complimentary tea and coffee on the welcome tray each day. We will definitely return; thank you for everything and your thoughtful touches.

Okay but expensive considering the quality of service. The restaurant was very disappointing; the fondue wasn't really fondue (I think it was cut with cream). We were asked to leave breakfast for being 5 minutes late. The spa was okay.

L'hôtel m'a contacté à 19h pour m'informer qu'il n'y avait personne pour m'accueillir. En effet, j'avais prévu d'arriver aux alentours de 21h30. J'ai donc été contraint d'emprunter la porte de Service et les escaliers, et l'hôtelier m'a généreusement proposé la chambre au deuxième au lieu de celle au troisième qu'il avait prévue initialement pour moi. Je précise que j'avais loué la meilleure chambre de l'hôtel, la Suite privilège à 155 € la nuit en hors saison.
À ce prix là je n'avais même pas le petit déjeuner et l'hôtelier n'a même pas eu la délicatesse de me proposer de me l'offrir à titre de geste commercial, ne serait-ce qu' au moins un café et un croissant.
Pourtant il aurait dû car je vais vous décrire mon expérience qui est loin d'être à la hauteur du prix payé. Tout d'abord, la chambre est très kitch, façon chalet, mais genre années 90. À ce prix là vous n'avez aucune vue, à part celle sur le parking. La literie mérite d'être changée, je m'enfonçais littéralement sur le matelas, et les oreillers sont du genre premier prix chez IKEA.
Les télés sont de dimension très réduite, une dans la pièce à vivre et une dans la chambre. Cependant vous n'avez pas les mêmes chaînes dans les deux pièces, si bien que j'ai commencé à regarder un film dans le salon que j'ai voulu terminer dans la chambre et bien figurez-vous que ce n'était pas possible car il n'y a pas la chaîne T18 dans la chambre, et impossible de la configurer car tout a été verrouillé sur la télé.
Concernant la salle de bain qui est d'apparence et plutôt flatteuse, il y avait une énorme fuite au niveau de la jonction du robinet... comme si cela ne suffisait pas, le porte savon a dû être mal fixé, et tout le savon s'était écoulé dans le bac à douche, je m'en suis rendu compte quand j'ai voulu m'en servir et qu'il n'y avait plus de savon, j'ai compris à quoi correspondait la tâche dans le bac. Les serviettes sont ridiculement petites. En fait on est un peu comme dans un Airbnb un peu moyen et mal entretenu, d'ailleurs s'ils manquent de clients il ne faut pas s'étonner, car il suffit d'aller sur l'application Airbnb pour trouver beaucoup mieux pour moins cher, j'ai fait la grosse erreur de venir ici car j'ai réservé un peu au dernier moment, je préférerais donc être sure d'être bien reçu et comme vous pouvez le voir, cela ne fut pas le cas. Donc je préfère prévenir ceux qui me liront.

Short but very good stay

Excellent hotel, very welcoming and pleasant staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant. The only slight drawback was the pool, which wasn't heated enough.

Country, hotel and staff with a "natural soul", overall very good; except for the room in the annex, very comfortable but without a window opening directly to the outside but onto a corridor, not corresponding to 4* for a stay of several days.

Everything was perfect, however the pool and jacuzzi water was cold, which was a shame as we couldn't enjoy them. The welcome, meals, and breakfast were perfect!

The customer experience. This is what made us leave the big hotel chains for Logis. And, until now, we were satisfied. After two reservations, we noticed a gap in this customer experience. Where we used to find expertise, interpersonal skills, and good manners, we remain skeptical to this day.
