Reservation made on the "logis hôtel" website for a one-night stopover at €105. Reservation cannot be canceled. When I arrive at 7:30 p.m., I learn that the restaurant is closed, so there is no possibility of dining there. I am not offered a partnership with another restaurant, and, the icing on the cake, the price asked is higher than that of the one-night stopover. After negotiation, I am offered the same price as the one-night stopover, but without dinner! Given the time, I have no alternative, especially since the reservation is non-cancellable. Very small room, even though the hotel is not full. Usually, salespeople are better served with "logis hôtel". Avoid for one-night stopovers.

Arrived at 1615hrs. Road to Hotel closed. Hotel Closed - no door bell no door knockers, no response to banging on the doors. No information explaining why it was shut. Very dirty windows and door entrance. Phoned the only number I had for the Hotel to say the restaurant was closed and as unable to gain any access to the hotel for our overnight stay I was forced to leave and seek alternative accommodation in Chateauroux. My credit card company are addressing the matter of a refund.
Secure garage for our two motorcycles. Old-world charm with lovely decor. Superb breakfast. Very well located. Charming dining area (we dined outside at a Lebanese restaurant that wasn't very good value for money). Next time we'll eat there. Very comfortable room with efficient and quiet air conditioning.
