The owner and staff were extremely kind and welcoming, especially as we speak little French. The location is so tranquil and the countryside beautiful with good access to the Pyrynees and other places of interest. The food is exceptional, freshly prepared and locally produced. The rooms were very comfortable but because of tbe extreme heat RED warning, the rooms were very hot, not cooling at night. Under these unusual circumstances the room would have been more comfortable with air conditioning units. But this may be difficult in such a lovely oeriod building snd possible goibg against environmentally green interests.

A must-visit for our stay in Lourdes. A place surrounded by nature, with impeccable service. Kindness and smiles are always present. A family atmosphere. A lovely menu at the restaurant, reasonably priced, with attentive service. We will be back.

An enchanting stay nestled among the trees. The setting is magnificent and peaceful. The welcome is delightful, very familial: you truly feel valued with genuine interactions. As for the food, it's a celebration of local cuisine: flavorful, generous portions, and traditional fare (what a pleasure to see cloth tablecloths again!). The rooms are simple but well-equipped, with a lovely sunny terrace. A truly authentic establishment that does you good. I highly recommend it!

Peaceful hotel in the countryside a half hour from Lourdes. Friendly familoy runs this clean and welcoming lodging.

Overall, a very pleasant hotel, quiet and well located for access to the Pyrenees. I highly recommend the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet; however, the furniture was somewhat neglected.

We chose this hotel because it was in the country and had a pool. It was great and the staff were lovely. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

An excellent location for anyone wanting to visit Lourdes away from the bland hotels of the city center. It's also a great place for hikers and those looking for the Artouste train.

Comfortable hotel in a great location near our family living in Montaut. We particularly appreciated the call from reception the day before our arrival, offering to set up a bed for our 10-month-old baby. The welcome, facilities, and tranquility of the place met our expectations.

Dog-friendly hotel with really nice staff. It's a bit old-fashioned but it's very clean and it gives a quirky atmosphere. I also recommend the opening hours and departure times (12 p.m./3 p.m.) which are very convenient when you're on vacation. Honestly, very good and a bit out of time, great for a stopover!

Spijtig genoeg waren de kamers in het hotel niet voorzien van airco 😖🥵 bij 38grC was het net iets minder aangenaam dan.

We stayed in one of their cabins. The setting is beautiful and the cabin is cozy. We were traveling with our pet, and he was also very comfortable. As for the hotel staff, they are lovely and very helpful in every way. Thank you.

A stay in a picturesque, family-run, quiet place that allowed us to take a break on the way back from our camping holiday in Spain. We were very well received. The team is charming and attentive. We were in one of the wooden chalets equipped with air conditioning. We could enjoy the mountain scenery, hear the cows with their bells, the birds, the chickens... Thanks to the air conditioning, we did not suffer from the heat. The small fridge also allowed us to buy local cheese to take home ;) We really enjoyed the meals at the restaurant: very good and quality. Given the weather, we dined on the terrace. Very good memories with beautiful walks to do nearby: Bétharram caves, Gavarnie cirque, the various hiking trails, the artisans...

A charming, green setting offering peace and quiet. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Pool access and a delicious restaurant are available. Accommodation is in a unique, quiet, air-conditioned chalet with many amenities. The price is more than reasonable. We will happily return and recommend it to our loved ones.

The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. I fell down a muddy path while hiking and my pants were covered in dirt, so the owner washed them for me for free. I've never seen such service. I highly recommend the hotel. And I'm not even talking about the delicious food: the garbure (garbure soup), the duck breast, the trout fillet. Yum.

A truly excellent welcome! This was our second stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed again! They managed to find a room with a shower for my mother-in-law who has difficulty walking. Excellent restaurant. Close to Lourdes in a perfect setting. We were even able to charge our electric car. We really recommend this establishment and we will return!

Nice Hotel with help full staff . The restaurant was very good both for evening meal and breakfast. The rooms were adequate and clean. The bed was uncomfortable as the mattress was sagging in the middle.

Logis located at the exit of the village of Lestelle-Bétharram, very easy to access. Personalized telephone and on-site reception, attentive: the customer is pampered! Breakfast and dinner: the majority of the products offered are local, allowing us to discover artisans and their know-how for the delight of our taste buds. Accommodation in an individual air-conditioned mini-chalet: all the comforts are offered, including table and garden chairs. Heated swimming pool very appreciated after a good day of walking. Pleasant stay. I recommend.
