A simple and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet with a magnificent view. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality products, including homemade cakes and bread and pastries from a local bakery. In the evening, we ate at the hotel restaurant, which served good quality, well-prepared dishes. The service was efficient without being intrusive. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is ideally located on the seafront... however, it's dated: the rooms could use a makeover and some dampness treatment. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel faces the harbor if you're lucky enough to get a room with direct access; otherwise, the rooms on the side still offer a pleasant view. The rooms are standard, no frills, and quiet during my stay in February. The food is good and of high quality.

Very warm welcome, very comfortable bedding, excellent restaurant. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, only jam was missing. Quiet location overlooking the harbor. However, it's a shame we were cold all night; there was clearly a heating problem. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. We also would have preferred a shower rather than a bathtub.

Warm welcome and service. Simple meal at the restaurant with fresh fish. The room overlooking the harbor, behind, is pleasant even if you hear the fishing boats leaving before low tide (in the evening for us) and returning at high tide (early in the morning). Simple breakfast but everything you need. Good value for money!

Particularly noteworthy is the quality of the welcome, thanks to the staff, who are not only professional but truly warm. For a small hotel, the breakfast buffet is varied. The restaurant is of high quality.

Friendly welcome, very good value for money. I recommend it.

It is unpleasant to pay 90€ because you went through booking, while the price of the room displayed on the door is 75€. When I inform the manager, the latter openly tells me that she is making me pay the booking commission, that all hotels act like that. I should have cancelled booking and paid it directly to have the normal price. In addition, I still left 180€ between the room, dinner and breakfast. As I told her, "without booking I would never have come to your hotel." In my opinion it is not good not to respect the rules of the game and to fleece a customer who trusts the system.

A truly remote location, right on the seafront. The room was lovely and bright, well-equipped and comfortable, with a view of the harbor and Fort Louvois. Extremely peaceful. The welcome was very friendly. The restaurant serves fresh, well-prepared food. There's a wide selection on the menu. Free parking is available right in front of the hotel, and the location is very secure. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The hotel is very well located with a superb view of the Oleron bridge. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is plentiful, the staff is very friendly. To come back?

The location and the history of the house and its surroundings are fascinating. The views of the sea and the bridge are fantastic. It's a shame I can't give a better rating: the owner seemed very stressed (which I feel sorry for her, but definitely not conducive to a relaxing holiday!). We were given a different room than the one we had booked, and there were only excuses for this; at least we were only charged for the cheaper room. At dinner, we were only served the small portion because there wouldn't be enough for the other guests.

We spent one night in this simple hotel which met our expectations. We were well received and very satisfied. Good breakfast. Pleasant dinner with a very friendly waiter.
