A very pleasant welcome, a room with an incredible view (small village in the countryside)...very quiet with adequate comfort: good bedding, bathroom with shower, television... and finally a magnificent restaurant with tables sufficiently spaced for privacy, a beautiful wine list, efficient and friendly service and this finely cooked menu. Very nice stopover and if we come back there...we will definitely come back.

The Saint-Cyr remains a great place, worth the detour, even if the restaurant has changed a bit compared to our last stay, which, admittedly, was a long time ago. The choice was dictated by understandable imperatives, but a little disappointing on that side. (service, cheeses, etc.). But once again, I fully understand the difficulty of maintaining an establishment at the very high level that it was (staff, raw materials, etc.)

The view of the countryside is magnificent from the room as well as from the restaurant. The staff adapts to your wishes (I was able to have cheese for breakfast). And the chef's cuisine is really tasty. So a great experience to recommend for a hiking weekend, because the surrounding countryside lends itself very well to it and rewards the effort with superb landscapes.

Friendliness in simplicity, we leave feeling like we are part of the team as everyone listens so much.

A wonderful location with attentive owners committed to excellent service. Food was Michelin style and quality and excellent. The only negative comments were cobwebs on the ceiling and an extraordinary collection of dust on the bathroom extractor fan and the room could accommodate a second chair.
