Hotel closed
Nobody at the reception during working time, at 6.35pm, I had to call. I was told the room number by an unfriendly person, the room was incredibly hot, much more then outside. The worst thing was the smell inside, a strong, terrible, unbearable smell of sower. I just searched for another accommodation for the night and went away. Nobody was there at 6.53pm. I can't understand how this hotel is under the name Logis, really.
Arrival in self-service as it was a holiday, so no communication with the team to get information such as where to dine.... Room is OK for the price.
Catastrophic. We stood in front of the locked door for 1.5 hours and couldn't get in, and no one was available. Later, the owner contacted us and wasn't exactly friendly.
No one at reception to pick up my key and this hotel restaurant decided to have a barbecue under my room windows. I hadn't noticed that the windows were tilt and turn and so all the smoke entered my room. I like smoked sausages but I didn't want to be one. Furthermore, it seemed difficult to communicate with the managers because the reception and departure were very cold.
The rooms are relatively simple but efficient but not against very surprised in a good way by the waitress in the restaurant and the lady at breakfast, 2 professional and very friendly people
