A wonderful experience at this establishment, everything was perfect: very comfortable bedding, a restaurant with very affordable prices, and friendly staff. I recommend it 100%!

The hotel was just perfect for our overnight stay. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was fantastic. The breakfast was buffet style and was just perfect. We were The only 2 attending breakfast so it was laid on just for us. No effort was too much.

The staff were very professional. The rooms were very pleasant and very clean. The restaurant was perfect, with many homemade dishes. I highly recommend this hotel.

The welcome upon arrival was adequate, but upon departure, the hotel manager was suspicious and not very friendly about my booking being a business package. He asked for my business card. The room offered was fine, except for the lack of a bedside table. The meal at the restaurant was good, and the service from the waiters was good.

Each overnight stop is always a great success.

Perfect from start to finish

My first time at this hotel for an overnight stay, at €118. It's a shame you only had to choose between a starter and a dessert! However, the main course was excellent. The room was very small, and the shower had a broken step. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and good-sized room. The hotel restaurant is very good, and the waitresses are efficient and very friendly. The only downside was the late check-in time (5 pm), a bit late after a long drive.

It was very good! We were passing through and looking for a place to stay near Flaine, and this hotel is very well located and easy to access. We were warmly welcomed and well served, and we ate well – there was a good selection and quality at reasonable prices. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated, at least mine was. I should clarify that I rated the welcome and service as "good" and not "very good" solely because of the pre-stay communication: two days before our stay, I sent an email to specify that there were two of us instead of one and requested a room with two separate beds. The email didn't arrive in the correct inbox, even though I had booked through the hotel's website. It was sent to a different site after I had already replied to the booking confirmation. A minor technical issue to resolve. This doesn't detract from my overall satisfaction, which I shared with my friends.

Reasonable hotel. My room only had a french door which opened onto a shared balcony. So had to sleep in a stuffy room. Also no light in cramped bathroom. Check in wasn't until 5 o'clock so not very convenient. Reasonably clean but the rooms are dated.

The establishment may be very good. Having had to cancel my business stays at this establishment twice, the second time, due to an error on my part, I canceled very early in the morning. I was billed for the evening's room. The telephone reception was always courteous, but you have to pay attention to their cancellation conditions. Being on the road 40 weeks a year, there are sometimes hiccups on our part. The bill for the room alone was charged to my credit card. The "correct" notes were given so as not to penalize the establishment. So it's not the quality of the establishment but the commercial cancellation conditions that are harsh. Most hotels require cancellation before 6 p.m. Noon might be a good compromise.

A decent welcome but nothing more. Nothing to say about the very comfortable room but very average meal: sardines in oil as a starter very poorly presented and without toast! So-called "Réunionnais" dish without any real taste, just spicy! Tasteless. Dessert OK. Very good breakfast. Too bad the meal is very average, otherwise for the rest it is very good!

Ein ganz charmantes Zimmer mit toller Bettwäsche hatte man uns reserviert und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Hat man einen leichten Schlaf, sollte man ein ruhiges Zimmer erbitten, das zur Straße raus, ist dann nur bedingt geeignet, aber ich hab geschlafen wie ein Murmeltier. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und lecker, genauso wie das Abendessen.

We spent one night in one of the chalets behind the hotel. It was very well equipped, and nicely decorated all in wood. Very quiet, despite the road and the motorway being quite close. We did not have dinner, because the restaurant was full, but the room was welcoming and pleasant. Just a little expensive, but it was the start of the February school holidays. After a day of skiing, we appreciated the "cocooning" side of the hotel, the decoration and the kindness of the hotel staff. Surprised by the quality and choice of the restaurant, I had not noticed that it was part of the Logis de France. I recommend it.

De bediening in the restaurant for your dinner is also the right price, and it is also the price you pay. Well, we can see you on the ground and in front of your hotel. Bij warm weer zijn de kamers veel te warm, de ventilator biedt alleen wat wind, en de ventsters kan je neet open laten vanwege het lawaai van het constant verkeer in de straat langs het hotel en op de snelweg (parallelle weg). Please note that we have some telephone calls at least 1 night before the ideal one is on the eleventh route, but we do not have to do so. De badkamer is heel klein, maar wel netjes.

Well located hotel close to many interesting sites to visit. The restaurant serves a very honest meal based on the prices charged even if we had rancid butter for breakfast (expiration date 01/07/24 while we were on 29/06/24), The shower and the Bathroom sink leaked and leaked water every morning and evening. At the top, the owner, who was too rigid, relegated us alone to the back of the restaurant under the pretext that we liked to be in a place close to the counter when the outdoor restaurant was closed while the outdoor restaurant was open. supposedly everything was full even though we saw it in the morning and even twice in the afternoon without offering us a table outside. We felt left out, alone in an almost empty room even though we had been at the hotel for 4 days. Blatant lack of diplomacy and commercial sense.
