The person who welcomed us was very professional and attentive to our needs. The catering was of good quality.

Fine breakfast, quiet but without WiFi reception in the room as promised in the booking.

Hotel well located on our vacation route. Breakfast and dinner menu very decent. Wine by the carafe a little harsh. We should have had a bottle. Room functional and clean. The bottom of the shower curtain looked very, very worn, however. Hotel and its restaurant are highly recommended.

Very unpleasant reception staff. The room was set up in an outbuilding that looked more like a garage than a bedroom (rooms for the disabled) and what's more, it had traces of mold on the ceiling accompanied by cobwebs on the chandelier, a chair with a broken back, and once the child's bed was unfolded, there was no way to access the toilet or bathroom!!!! So in a wheelchair?????

Digoin is a very pretty village. The walk along the Loire and its canal is beautiful. Arriving on Sunday, June 29, in the evening the restaurants were closed, including the hotel restaurant.

Decent hotel but breakfast not up to the price.

The hotel met the description. We were able to dine on-site, a real plus. The breakfast was excellent. A family night in a quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children was very suitable.

The rooms could do with a makeover. The staff is dedicated.

the rooms are clean, spacious, the young staff is friendly, the restaurant allows you to dine without moving and the dishes offered are quite correct; the decoration deserves a renovation but the whole remains vintage. If the opportunity arises again we could stay in this hotel again.

Excellent welcome from the young woman upon our arrival and during our stay; good cuisine. Too bad the heating did not work at the reception and in the dining room where the young woman had installed small oil-filled radiators. Apparently this situation (no heating) did not date from the day (January 17, 2° outside) and we deplored the working conditions of the hotel employees who were so charming.

Charming location. Nicely welcomed. Room and bathroom are clean and functional (very good: hard floor) but a renovation would be beneficial. I slept like a baby. Car parking is secure behind the building. Overall recommended.

It's difficult to give an opinion on the establishment... The past stay did not correspond to the reservation since the establishment was closed and no message was sent to me to inform me... As a result, we were downgraded to a hotel in the group...

We didn't even get to know the hotel, we made a reservation and when we get there.... surprise! Hotel was close. December at night, -3 degrees and three kids inside the car ( one of them 8 months) horrible hotel, i would never recommend it.

The bed is a little hard

Charming old-fashioned look, warm welcome, good comfort, good food.

When we arrived there was no one and we had difficulty because no one answered the phone for about 15 minutes, while we were outside in the rain, then we were told that the hotel was closed, after our complaints saying that we had booked with booking and paid for the room, after about another 10 minutes someone arrived who opened the door for us and accompanied us to the room.

We stayed overnight as a stopover on our journey to the Atlantic. The facilities are a bit dated, but the service and facilities (breakfast buffet, parking, restaurant, small pool) are very good. Very nice family hotel with a great price-performance ratio!

Expensive for the services: tiny room. Clean but dated. Trash cans on the stairs, room not cleaned on Sunday (the hotelier gave us €20 off on this point). Booking price €84 price indicated in the room €53, the difference cannot be explained by the Booking commission. Expensive restaurant for the services.

Ideal for spending an evening

Totally disappointed by the hotel and the restaurant Accustomed to the accommodation, this is the first time that I have been served a dish that is still completely frozen in the center. You could see it by the color before you even tried to cut the meat. Hotel with curtains that are no longer tied together so it is impossible to hide the daylight. No socket near the bed. The cleaning lady enters the room at 9 a.m. and does not even apologize for her intrusion. ... a disaster!
