Very noisy traffic noise. Bathroom ceiling paper peeling off and signs of mould.
No restaurant on a Monday.
Logis documentation said the Hotel was accessible at 3 p.m. - that was incorrect , it was 4 p.m.
Satisfactory experience because the sleep was good but the welcome was very disappointing. No smiles, no warm welcome. A shame for such a well-located hotel. The rooms are pleasant but could do with a little updating. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
Very mixed reception, shaky electrical equipment in the room, rare presence at reception, no more parking space when the restaurant is open

The rooms are renovated and very comfortable. The food (half-board) is of a very high standard. Refined cuisine and impeccable service. Very good value for money and a good stopover in Swiss Normandy, highly recommended.
Good value for money. A comfortable and clean room. We also ate there. It was good and adequately portioned. The staff was also attentive. Good experience. I recommend this hotel/restaurant.

Family hotel in the city center, clean with a spacious room. Only the noise of passing cars is a problem. The food is of good quality, missing a daily special on the menu at €24 to have a choice other than the two dishes on the menu. The waiters' behavior could be improved

Disappointing village apart from the ruins of a castle, hotel located along a busy road... High room prices, and variable depending on the day, hard to understand. Poor breakfast, no buffet, we are rationed!!

An ideal stopover on our Swiss Normandy cycling tour! A highly recommended family-run establishment: the son is all smiles at the reception, very accommodating for our early arrival, and the chef in the evening. Excellent food with quality products. The decor could do with a little updating, but the warm welcome and comfort of the place more than make up for it. A great place to relax and eat well.
Very good stay! Perfect stay in a hotel steeped in history, quiet. Warm welcome, family atmosphere and very comfortable bedding. The restaurant is a real treat, not to be missed. A beautiful place where you simply feel good. Bravo

Very good stay
Although I regret not having been able to enjoy the restaurant (closed on Sundays), I enjoyed my stay in this establishment, which is well located on the edge of Swiss Normandy. The accommodation is very good and the breakfast is of good quality. I will not judge the welcome, which is certainly minimalist, but I also know that Sunday is not the ideal time, as there are fewer staff on that day.
Evening meal in restaurant was adequate but not excellent. Breakfast was better. Bedroom was on front of hotel and we were wakened several times during the night by noise on the street outside
Very comfortable stay. Hotel in process of renovation. Our room was comfortable with modern bathroom facilities. Bed comfortable, new double glazing made road noise almost indiscernible. More to do… Delicious breakfast especially local yogurt. Made it great overnight stop.

Very good and friendly welcome.
I had booked an evening stage which we would translate 'half board.' I was aware that this was for visitors on business but had not been asked about this. On arrival I was told first the evening stage was not possible on a Saturday and then was challenged as to the purpose of my visit. In fact I'm a blogger and writer on tourism but I didn't want to justify myself. I had then to book a table in the only other restaurant in Thury.
The accommodation was very gentle and we offered a space for bikes. However, after my departure, I asked them to credit me with loyalty points for the after-tax ETIK programme. Because I was surprised to part. I wrote twice, but no response or credit. For me, it is not a convivial act.

Bad smell in the room when we arrived. Disrespectful customers to let the kids scream... A little expensive for a hotel with such a small room. Checking out at 11 a.m. is a bit tight when you're in bed at 5 a.m. for your wedding. And having to pay €10 per hour on top of that is excessive. No effort made

Our entire family stayed in this pleasant hotel. They were all delighted by the quality of the rooms and the generous breakfast. For our part, we had reserved the restaurant for our son's baptism, the chef and his team were top notch and the meal was excellent. We highly recommend
Good bedding, quiet room overlooking the garden. Arrival time according to hotel accommodation is 4:00 p.m., however the reception does not open until 5:00 p.m. No lid on the toilet. The Nespresso or the kettle must be plugged in somewhere other than the desk because there is no access to an electrical outlet. The electric shutters allow the room to be plunged into darkness. The breakfast that you have to choose the day before is quite basic but the products are good. Parking ok, wifi too.
An excellent stay both at the hotel Le Relais de la Poste and at the Restaurant Le Fil du Temps with lunch and dinner. Very warm welcome, attentive staff, quality services, comfort... I recommend this establishment

Triple room had a slight sewage smell and the bathroom needs updating. The coffee at breakfast was barely hot, and the first pitcher of cold milk was rancid.
