The hotel was clean and the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.
Staff are very helpful and I think they are commited to providing a good service for customers. I really appreciate the facility to callect my room key from reception when the reception is offially closed.
Clean room and good shower. Were not allowed into our room until 5pm even though I had emailed about an early arrival zhey never replied. Disappointing breakfast little choice

Nous vous prions d'accepter nos excuses les plus sincères pour l'impossibilité d'accéder à votre chambre avant 17h, malgré votre demande. Nos heures de check-in sont fixées pour nous permettre de garantir un nettoyage parfait après le départ des précédents occupants. Il n'est pas normal, cependant, que nous n'ayons jamais répondu à votre e-mail. Nous allons immédiatement revoir notre procédure de gestion des correspondances pour éviter qu'un tel manquement ne se reproduise.
Nous sommes désolés que notre formule de petit déjeuner ne vous ait pas convenu. Nous proposions en effet ce matin-là une variété de sucré (cakes, crêpes, viennoiseries, etc.), de la charcuterie, du fromage blanc, des jus de fruits et une sélection de Thés Dammann.
Nous prenons note de la demande pour les plats chauds et sommes activement en train d'étudier des options pour les introduire très prochainement.
Concernant le restaurant, nous comprenons votre impression de prix élevés, mais comme vous l'avez noté, vous n'avez pas eu l'occasion de goûter à notre cuisine. Notre chef travaille exclusivement avec des produits frais et de saison, ce qui justifie le positionnement de notre carte. Nous serions ravis que vous nous donniez une chance de vous convaincre de la qualité de nos plats lors d'un prochain passage.
Nous espérons que malgré ces désagréments, vous garderez un bon souvenir de votre séjour.

That's a great point. After receiving extensive customer feedback, we've adjusted our service to be more discreet . Our customers have clearly expressed that they appreciate having fewer staff members in the dining room, prioritizing privacy . However, we make sure to respond immediately if you call us.

Lovely hotel for a stop-over enroute to the South of France. The staff were wonderful and our evening meal was exceptional. Would definitely recommend, but would also prefer to keep it a secret!!
Super cozy nice hotel breakfast could be a bit more extensive cheese and egg would be nice ;-)
Scam on the price that does not correspond to the price displayed. Very long reception: 15 minutes for check in and very unpleasant
The room was very clean and modern. A bit small and a little noisy for a room facing the street.

The room set outside the back of the hotel , was facing a wall 3m away, and was more alike staff accomodation than a hotel guest room.
Whilst my wife enjoyed her meal, i found "Le Burger" a hugely disappointing experience, comprising a small dry bun with no moisture, sauce or alleviating quality. The cheese course was sadly unadventurous given Frances's great tradition, comprising a small wedge of brie, camenbert, and goat cheese, plus three lettuce leaves.
