Perfection doesn't exist but this hotel comes close.
Very warm and helpful welcome and service. Staff attentive to our requests and very responsive.
Very pleasant and attentive staff. Good food.
Check in not till 5pm, which was not evident until we had booked through the Logis app, though someone did appear after we called the emergency number posted on the front door about 15 minutes later (around 1530). Room had a damp feel, and we had to go back to reception to ask for the heating to be switched on. We noted at reception there was a very reasonable half-board rate. This was not offered on the Logis app for this hotel. However as we had booked through the Logis App the hotel would not let us take advantage of this rate. This cost us an extra 50 euros more. This experience has made us very uneasy about booking another Logis hotel in the future. We have had very good experiences before. This hotel does not deserve to be a Logis hotel and is certainly not 3*.

Very good hotel with quality services and an efficient, caring, smiling and competent team. The rooms are pleasant and well appointed, the bedding comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Small downside is that there is no bath mat available. The mirror was broken but this did not affect its effectiveness in any way (out of field of vision). The breakfast services are quite correct. The choice, varied, but not opulence, will satisfy the vast majority of guests. The coffee is available in a carafe and not distributed by a machine, which is becoming rare. It is very good. The restaurant is also up to par with a sufficient choice (stopover evenings) and the correct quantities. The food is of quality and very well cooked. After a long day of work, the pleasure of the meal is appreciated.
Expensive for small room and breakfast very expensive and basic
A lovely friendly hotel with welcoming staff. I have ticked 5 stars because it was really good. The restaurant was truly superb pate de food gras then prawns and in a watercress lobster sauce. Nice cold chablis. Strawberry meringue.
There is a lovely peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff.
A really great and pleasing find in the countryside. We both thought the evening meal was ver good indeed. If we are ever this way we'd stay again.
Excellent servuxe, lively hotel
Quiet, clean hotel with lovely, welcoming and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the evening meal. I had a brochette and my son had a burger - both were very tough and not at all enjoyable. The quality of the food was NOT to Logis standard and we have stayed in many Logis over the years. Other than that, everything was fine!

Disappointing food. Room VERY small. Bathroom unacceptable. We booked with a dog and there was no accommodation for this.
Very warm welcome, but room a little too dark and cold when I arrived. The heating didn't come on until around 7 or 8 p.m.

a quiet hotel with a superb park
My husband and I are very disappointed and even angry: we learned upon arriving at the Quai fleur hotel in Voves on Saturday evening June 1st, booked about a month before, after a 7 hour drive from Tarn, that , if the restaurant was closed (it was booked but canceled 3 days before...), it was because there was a wedding reception. Surprised, I asked if there would be any noise and I got a negative answer, which was a lie. In fact, we were unable to sleep because of the very loud music which lasted from 10:40 p.m. to 4 a.m. continuously... It is scandalous that a hotel allows itself to take customers who do not do not attend the wedding rest and festivities and without telling them beforehand. We hit the road again, very tired, to return home to the Lille metropolis. Jacqueline and Francis Duhem

I had reserved a room for the night of 12/31 to sleep there following New Year's Eve on Logis.com. What was my surprise to see when I took the keys that the room rate was €88 it seems to me, whereas I paid €108 on the official Logis website!! At reception I was told that there were additional internet costs... on the hotel's official website??? And the room, otherwise clean, does not deserve such a price. 80€ seems like the maximum to me. When I booked I expected something other than such a simple room.
Always on top
I choose this hotel because there was internet, a restaurant and it was well located during my two days travel. The room I got first had no internet (it was not in the main building, it was in the garden). The manager seemed tp doubt about it but he gave me another room much more comfortable in the main building. There, internet was working well.
For dinner, the manager gave me the "a la carte menu" but I heard from another table there was a special menu "La Semaine Gourmande" and when I asked about it the manager told me there was no other thing than "a la carte menu" !?! The food was correct but expensive for the quality.
No wifi in the rooms of the annex building, too bad. Frozen scallops while we are in season, disappointing even if it was good

During a party in the reception room we hear music and the wifi connection does not work for the price I am very on it

Lovely hotel with nice gardens. We ate outside which was great. The food and choices were good.
Quiet place, single room, comfortable mattresses. Small individual terrace. . Maybe a small drink when you arrive, even paying. True it was a weekend when the restaurant was open at noon. Otherwise welcome, we will come back if the opportunity arises.

Accommodation upgraded since last visit, dinner excellent and very good breakfast
Because of à wedding they receptionned this day, they had no place for us to dinner at the restaurant(after a ride of 7 hours with 2 kids), we asked for advice to dinner in town, but they didn’t know where we could eat except in Chartres (20min ride)
At the breakfast the lady was not very helpful or charming…
Great disappointment for my husband and son, there was no eggs or bacon!! For a 13€ breakfast (4 year als same price!) there was nothing worth it!!

Very welcoming host. As it was a Monday the restaurant was only catering for people staying overnight. There was a set menu which had a meat main course. As I don’t eat meat an alternative was provided. Overall a great place in beautiful surroundings. I would happily recommend this hotel to everyone
The toilet cubicle needs attention. Water cannot remain in the wash basin because the plug (bouchon) system has failed....the has to run continuously.
Nice hotel, but bathroom unworthy of a home, low-cost hotel-type cabin, no room to turn around, 1 step up to the bathroom block. I can think that these are the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, but the price is too high for a room with this type of bathroom. Damage.
comfortable hotel, very quiet. Attentive service, delicious meals
Rather disappointing. First contact on the phone pleasant but once arrived for 5 p.m., no one. We had to wait, then end up calling, to finally give us an access code and then we have to manage everything else. Strong smell of frying in the hall then the corridors. On arrival in the room, it was very cold. Otherwise we slept well, nice bed, clean accommodation.
A nice surprise especially after a long day at work.
