Ideally placed on the ViaRhona 0 meters to do to find the hotel! Very friendly welcome and local bike at the top. The wine list is accessible and the dinner very good and plentiful. The hotel and the restaurant are in an old building and decorated in the spirit of the period.

Very nice stop, exotic as you wish. Full of charm in this old building.

Ok hotel We stayed 2 nights, but our room was not made (the beds remained unmade and the towels to change that we had put in the bathtub were still there the same evening, and no new towels) . This is a downside for this hotel.

Clearly getting old, since there was no air conditioning, the rooms were unbearably hot, the small fan couldn't help. There was also no fridge to cool drinks in.

Old-fashioned hotel, overlooking a noisy traffic axis, without air conditioning. Stay of 3 nights without the rooms being redone (bed straightened, towels changed, etc.). Reception closed in the afternoon.

You indicate an address 2 rue de la postern, but we absolutely cannot access this address by car, you have to park along the Rhône on the quays, so parking is possible on the quays outside the hotel, which obliges to empty the car when you're just passing by! The hotel itself is pleasant, the breakfast good. For dinner ... let's say that the cuisine was unsurprising, there may be better elsewhere in Bourg St Andeol On the other hand, the staff are charming

Bon accueil dans un cadre de caractère

Nous sommes venus pour nous reposer et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est extra, l'hôtel est chaleureux, très joli, très bien entretenu, la cuisine et le repas sont exceptionnels. Délicieux moments. Nous reviendrons. Nous savons aujourd'hui où passer un moment de détente. Merci beaucoup

Bonne expérience. Deux points de critique: Pas de Wifi dans la chambre. Groupe de clients qui ont fêté devant l'hôtel jusqu'à 23:30 sans réelle intervention du personnel.

Je trouve dommage qu'une si belle bâtisse n'offre pas plus de confort. Ma chambre n'avait que des voiles, ni
volets, ni rideaux, ni stores, il faisait jour à cause des lampes de la commune. Les rideaux de la seconde fenêtre étaient déchirés. Et je n'ai pas réussi à avoir d'eau chaude pour la douche le matin. Dommage, l'accueil y est pourtant fort sympathique.

Accueil très convivial à 20 h 00 et malgré une panne de cuisine nous avons pu prendre un repas froid en terrasse. Personnel très disponible pour remplacer la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Les prestations "logis" nous ont habitués aux lits refaits chaque jour de nos séjours, pour cette fois cette opération à sans doute été oubliée dans cette chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable bien décrite et correspondant parfaitement à notre attente.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Motorradfahrern auf dem Weg in die Cevennen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Es ist ein uraltes sehr, charmantes Gebäude. Der deutsche Denkmalschutz würde es als Vorzeigeobjekt bezeichnen. Der Eingang ist in einer kleinen Gasse. Unten führt umittelbar die Uferstraße der Rhone vorbei. Die war gesperrt wegen Hochwasser. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Motorräder konnten wir in der Gasse vor der Türe an einem winzigen freien Platz abstellen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, aber dem Alter des Hauses entsprechend einfach eingerichtet und klein. Das Abendessen (Menü) war richtig gut. Sensationell war das Dessert "Café Gourmand". Das Frühstück und insgesamt der ganze Service durch das Besitzerehepaar war klasse. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Chapeau!

Chaleur dans la chambre, impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit. Hôtel très très bruyant. Aucun gel douche, ni sèche cheveux, ni couverture, ni rien du tout...
Mauvais rapport qualité prix ; je déconseille totalement et je vais d'ailleurs faire remonter tout cela auprès de Booking.com, car c'est absolument intolérable.

Tout était correcte. Dommage qu'ils n'ont pas tenu en compte le fait que nous voyageons avec trois enfants (alors que leurs âges avaient bien été indiqués lors de la réservation). Nous avons été séparés d'étage alors qu'il semblerait qu'à la base on nous avait accordé des chambre proches l'une de l'autre.

Gérant très sympathique, la chambre est convenable. Le salle de bains est vieillotte mais suffisante. On est resté une nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Je recommande.
