A magnificent, enchanting interlude, nestled among the broom trees and facing Mont Ventoux. Enjoying breakfast or an evening aperitif on the terrace is a moment you won't forget. There are numerous walks, villages to visit all around, and a heated pool for relaxing. We had a wonderful time. And we'll be back very soon.

The attentive staff take great care of you, the comfortable surroundings have a chic urban atmosphere, the food is refined and locally sourced, the view of Mont Ventoux and the wooded valley, the swimming pool... everything for a completely relaxing and/or romantic weekend.

A wonderful stay at the Plantevin Hotel. The owners and staff do everything they can to ensure you have a perfect stay. The view is incredible, the terrace is very pleasant for a drink or breakfast, and the decor of the restaurant is superb. The entire team is lovely, whether at the restaurant or at breakfast. The bedding is excellent, the rooms are pleasant, the peace and quiet, and the birdsong are all present. The jacuzzi was very pleasant at the end of the day, and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Thank you for this relaxing stay; we will be back!

Very pleasant stay at the Plantevin hotel, disconnection and relaxation on the program. The hotel is very well located and there are many sports activities nearby. The pool and jacuzzi area is enjoyable after days spent outside. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything is done to make you feel good! Having taken the half-board option, we ate varied and different dishes every evening. In short, we recommend without hesitation!

The chef is young like his entire team, of great perfection and of very high taste quality. For us it was a treat, a pleasure, a relaxation. A dream.

Hotel overall was good. Only point I would strongly recommend to improve is the bathroom. Looked a little oldish, shower not great, cold water in the morning after a certain hour. But overall great experience, great view on the Mont Ventoux, good was great.

A few minor hiccups with the room and pool maintenance lower the overall rating.

The hotel has a very nice location and a great view from the terrace. We would have loved to have dinner in the restaurant, and the table on the terrace was reserved. When it became cloudy about an hour before dinner time and a few drops of rain fell, the restaurant management decided that all guests had to eat inside. It was a warm, beautiful summer evening. Our request to be allowed to eat on the terrace was refused. So we just drank a bottle of wine and went to bed hungry. It didn't rain anymore.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. We were shown to our bedroom at the end of a corridor. After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistake the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. She fell down both steps and hit her arm, knee and head very hard on the tiled floor. The noise from the fall was significant. She seemed to be unharmed other than severe bruising. The following morning I reported this to 2 people at reception and asked them to log the incident in case of repercussions and asked that they put night lights in the room. They did not seem very interested. Later in the day I asked the Duty Manager if the report had been recorded and it hadn’t. I also asked him to make sure it was logged. We left after 2 nights having not received any formal type of apology, no night lights were placed in the room and no one even came to the room to see if we were safe.

On arrival in Spain my wife went to hospital for a head scan. Fortunately she seems to have escaped and serious effects. But this could very easily have been a fatal fall and the steps in question are clearly a hazard to life, health and safety.

Very small room, was not at all what was advertised! the reversible air conditioning and bathroom heating did not work, fortunately at the end of October it was OK. We had already changed rooms (during my reservation, I had requested a view of nature and not of the parking lot, which was not taken into account upon arrival) I was very disappointed. A positive note for the restaurant (we chose half-board) and the service: the menu was perfect as well as the very attentive, smiling staff.

In a magnificent environment, the Plantevin hotel is an ideal place for an exceptional stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the view is breathtaking when you love nature. The restaurant offers a high-quality half-board menu, with a special note for the foie gras crème brûlée. The wine list allows you to discover the region at affordable prices. As for breakfast, the homemade savory and sweet offerings are a delight.

We stayed three nights with half board. Very warm welcome. Spacious room, very good bedding. Varied and abundant breakfast. Evening meal served in a very friendly manner with delicious dishes from starter to dessert. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi after our hikes. We recommend this hotel.

Our stay benefited from a warm and sunny first week of September. All our breakfasts and dinners were taken on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and absolute calm. The management and all the staff offered us a warm welcome and were always efficient. A big thank you to all. A hotel that I will recommend to all my friends, without hesitation! (Attention! For people with reduced mobility, note the absence of an elevator (2 floors) and numerous stairs.

Despite the heat wave, we had a perfect stay in this hotel which is located higher up cooler than in the plain and we appreciated the air conditioning of the rooms, of course the well-maintained and shaded swimming pool and the quality of the catering (I recommend half board)..great welcome, it allowed us to move in the morning to make visits and then at the very end of the afternoon and we did not suffer at all from the heat wave. A perfect address in every way.

A little corner of paradise in the Drôme Provençale. The comfort in the rooms is perfect, the breakfast and dinner terraces offer you a magnificent view of the Baronnies and Mont Ventoux at the corner of one of them. Impossible not to be seduced. The breakfast offers a lot of choice and the half-board dinner is just exquisite - don't miss the chocolate coulant 😋 The whole team is very available and smiling. This hotel has it all! A little extra: the nearby Nyons market is also worth doing.

Gourmet and relaxing holidays in a magnificent setting: The view is just exceptional! A caring team towards its customers. Special attention for Savana, Axel, Lucas and Emma who accompanied us during our stay: THANK YOU for your kindness and friendliness. We don't forget to also thank the people who took care of the cleaning: Our room was cleaned every day and smelled good of lavender ;-) As for the kitchen, what can I say .. a delight!

The hotel is quite charming and the setting beautiful. For those lucky enough to be on the terrace/pool side, the view is magical. The rooms are of a reasonable size and well equipped (fridge, coffee maker, teapot, etc.), the bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom functional. The breakfast buffet is varied (eggs, bacon, pastries, cereals, toast, jams…), special mention to the tarte tatin that day! We had the opportunity to dine there and enjoyed the sound of cicadas and then crickets.

A great night .... everything was perfect, a very nice welcome and the chef makes EXCELLENT dishes, and there is the quantity on the plate, I was just able to finish my dessert !! all this with a splendid view of the Ventoux from the room to the table...... All the staff are smiling and pleasant. Only downside, the pool is getting a bit old.

The only negative points are: - the cleanliness of the toilets in the rooms, the jaccuzi and at the level of the swimming pool the robot in operation this morning while we were in the swimming pool, the surroundings of the swimming pool lack of hygiene (a bird dead under a deckchair 🤨) too bad.

Comfortable rooms, very quiet. Marvelous terrace enjoying a unique view. Impeccable quality of the restoration. The quality/price ratio may be a little high for the region, but justified in particular by the regular maintenance of this large, timeless building. Beautiful swimming pool and splendid garden. The sweetness of life has settled in Plantevin.

Not the best WiFi. Reception could be better, for example by pointing to the back entrance of rooms. No elevator so walking up stairs, no help offered.
