Restaurant le Petit Troo du Cheval blanc

Adequate for an overnight stay. The hotel and restaurant are well located, and the air-conditioned rooms are a welcome feature during the summer heat. My only complaints are: the lack of soundproofing between rooms, the absence of blackout blinds in the bathroom/toilet, and the need to choose breakfast the day before.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Petit Trôo du Cheval Blanc. The welcome was warm and the setting very pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast, which included some local products. The service was attentive and the atmosphere friendly. A truly lovely place that we recommend without hesitation!

It's always a pleasure to return to this hotel. The owner is very welcoming. The rooms are larger than in some 3-star hotels. However, there's a lack of electrical outlets. The beds are perfect. The food is excellent.

We had a pleasant stay, warm and friendly welcome. Clean, spacious room with a view of the Loir. Excellent dinner, local seasonal products, fresh, well cooked by the chef. Hearty breakfast adapted to our preferences. The owner is friendly, takes the time to explain the dishes to us with passion, listens to customers and advises us on visits to the region. We thank our hosts for their welcome. This establishment deserves to be known, located in a troglodyte village.

Excellent welcome. The owner, despite his busy schedule, is always happy to inform you about the dishes on offer and the activities available in the area. I really enjoyed the restaurant. La Gouline is a real treat. The whiskey menu is magnificent, and the owner speaks to you about it in a wonderful way.

Quiet hotel with quality food

Delightful old building with a nice terrace out back for pre-prandial drinks. Secure motorcycle parking was a real bonus and the host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It's a nice spot for a wander round, with the Loire out front and some caves just up the hill to the rear.
