Very warm welcome, the rooms are clean and quiet and the bedding is of excellent quality.

40 minute wait to check into my room...

A beautiful little hotel. Unfortunately we were there at the end of November and you had to get used to the air conditioning being used for heating. It must be fantastic in the other 3 seasons. And very quiet. A great restaurant with authentic cuisine. The common navigation systems do not make getting there easy if you come from the north. Coming from Avignon it's ok.

Very charming hotel and a superb restaurant!!!

Superb setting, welcoming reception, the restaurant La Tonnelle super, very good. The bedding very well the small balcony a plus, and the swimming pool a little cool but pleasant. Quiet no noise.

Very nice place in a quiet and well connected to reach Avignon

The stay was perfect, too bad the swimming pool was unheated and therefore very cold, which meant that we could not take advantage of it during our stay.

Correct reception, but old-fashioned establishment, parking problems due to restaurant customers.

The room was next to the front door of the building, impossible to open the shutters and the window.

The room was ok, once we got the A/C to work - that took a lot of going back and forth between the room and reception and a visit from the receptionist. The reception area looked like a liquor store in Harlem, all cordoned off from the guests, very tiny and uninviting. No welcoming chairs or sofas, and when a group of 8 people arrived, most of them had to wait outside as the tiny area can’t fit more than 2 people. The pool water was green and had some stuff floating in it. Come to think of it, it might have been the breeding ground for lots of mosquitoes on the property. Again, thank God for the air conditioning, for although we had a balcony, we could’ve keep the doors open because of the insects. Unwilling to use the green pool, we wanted to play ping pong, but the table was dirty and stuck in dirt - it wouldn’t have been usable even after cleaning as it was parked right next to the plastic children’s playhouse. And Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
On the positive side, breakfast was good, and dinner at the restaurant next door was ok. Oh, and the bathroom had good ventilation and was pretty clean.

Hotel which would require a good interior renovation of the rooms and bathroom as well as the exterior Too bad because it has potential Otherwise clean room, nothing to complain about

Alright. Only small downside: the lighting in the bathroom which does not allow you to shave well.

Our stay was for two nights. We found the hotel and restaurant well run and very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool and note that this was well kept, too. The free pool towels service was most welcome. We would return to this hotel. In addition to breakfast, we ate one lunch and one dinner - both very good and fairly priced. Only issue is that there is no room safe, which would be preferable for a longer stay.

Hotel for families with the swimming pool as an asset.

A little expensive and disappointing to learn when you arrive that breakfasts are offered by booking without an intermediary. I could have saved more than 100 euros (because resa of 5 people 2 nights) and there the stay would have been perfect. My intermediary still allowed me to know the hotel. Lovely breakfast staff!

Super friendly staff and beautiful hotel the restaurant in front is very nice too and it makes it all super easy to enjoy your stay there. Thank you for getting us a room with view on the pool !

The ambience and the complex including the pool were very nice and the location is great and quiet. But it could be invested in the equipment. Everything is very old: staircase, hallway and the rooms, especially the bathroom and toilet (room 33) is in need of renovation. There should definitely be an investment. It also smells like old building when entering the room area. That's too bad. The breakfast is good and sufficient. But it must be invested in the quality of the café!!!

Hotel very well located outside Avignon but convenient to access, small downside the parking lot is small

Structure a bit dated, but comfortable and clean room, excellent shower, I was on the ground floor facing the pool, not very large, but equipped with every comfort, very quiet and peaceful place 3 minutes from the center of Avignon 👍

All good except average TV reception

The restaurant it the best. 3 course meal for 22 Euro was amazing.

Also free Parking was a welcome and there was plenty of it!
