Good location, short walk into Cognac. Friendly and excellent overall service. Great find ?
Petit déjeuner indigent. Le Covid n'est pas une raison pour ne pas mettre du bon pain, des céréales, des vrais couverts à disposition. D'autres hôtels le font. Nous inonder de plastique et gobelet à usage unique est cher et n'est pas généralisé non plus. Le fait d'avoir une personne qui se considère en permanence débordée (et le fait entendre) n'aide pas à bien lancer la journée. 9 € pour ça, c'est beaucoup. Se prendre une réflexion (voulue habile probablement) sur le fait que je réserve par des sites internet est hors de propos. Personne n'oblige l'hôtel à y figurer s'il trouve cela contre productif. Se ""venger"" en facturant plein pot l'équivalent d'une soirée étape frise la mesquinerie et tue la relation commerciale. SdB un peu datées qui mériteraient un coup de jeune. Table vraiment petite dans la chambre, mais bonne literie et belle télé. Repas du soir bien : carte variée, qualité et service au RDV. Au global, payer 93 € pour cette prestation est cher. Facturer l'équivalent d'une soirée étape 15 € plus cher est une façon malhabile de faire payer au client la réservation par un site internet. Je chercherai une autre solution lors de mes prochains passages à Cognac.
