Comfortable and clean hotel nestled at the foot of Haut Koenigsbourg.

Very warm welcome. Very comfortable room and perfect bedding. But it's a shame that the jacuzzi was out of service, the hammam was off, and we found ourselves with naked residents in the sauna despite the rules.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and large rooms, both diner and breakfast were great (fantastic kitchen) and a huge variety in local wines. Swimming pool is nice, a bit small though . But overall definitely a hotel we will be coming back to.

Spa at very low temperature. Pool water at 31 degrees. Jacuzzi water, which was also faulty, at 30 degrees. Breakfast very disappointing for a 4-star establishment.

We ordered white wine in the room and then a little bit of blackcurrant in a cup. The price of the wine charged was more expensive than the one on the menu and the blackcurrant was charged 8 euros!! At the restaurant the waitress was in a hurry and brought and removed the dishes quickly, I couldn't even ask for something, she was running around so much. The jacuzzi wasn't working, the water was 31 degrees, and there was no water in the hammam to rinse the seat. We found that the reception staff were not sympathetic about this, no small gesture of goodwill, especially for a 4-star hotel! We also had an adjoining balcony with 2 other rooms, this was not made clear to us beforehand.

The hotel is beautifully located on the Alsace Wine Route, perfect for exploring the region. Modern, tasteful, and functional rooms. Excellent breakfast, bar, and good service. German and French are spoken equally. Restaurant Josephine offers two menus to choose from. Next time, however, we would prefer the wine bar, also because of the regional cuisine.

Very nice hotel, very welcoming staff, the "spa pool hammam" area is great. On the other hand, room 101, although of good standing, is a disaster when the restaurant is open. It overlooks the kitchens, so there is a terrible noise until 1:30 at night. In addition, the room was unbearably hot (heating off) and we slept with the window open with 5 degrees outside. This inconvenience caused a headache and ruined our stay.

Great stay in this hotel, welcoming and attentive staff, I recommend without hesitation, a great menu at the restaurant.

Two nights in this hotel where we come at least once a year. I already congratulate all the staff who work there because everyone is pleasant, smiling and enjoys taking care of your well-being. A little word in particular for Christelle but also to the management, a charming lady who loves her job. How nice it is to find such values. I therefore advise everyone to go and spend some time in this place and to share the idea that by coming we are not a job for the team but rather a recognition of the quality of their services. Beyond the remarkable welcome, the staff always attentive to the needs of the customer, it is necessary to underline the general quality of the accommodation which offers a level of equipment and comfort quite exceptional (bedding in particular) and impeccable cleanliness. In addition, the restaurants offer excellent services with an impressive wine list (...sometimes a little expensive however) and an all-you-can-eat breakfast, copious, varied and of excellent quality. The additional facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam are particularly pleasant (perfect water temperature!)... In conclusion, we can only highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic and can only be surpassed by the family atmosphere in this harmonious family business. We have felt very comfortable there for the third time now and were lovingly looked after.

The room was large and very nice, relatively new. The only thing that was annoying was the ventilation noise from the kitchen. The ventilation duct was right next to the room. As long as the kitchen was in use, you couldn't open the window because of the loud noise. The staff weren't particularly friendly, you had the feeling of not being welcome.

Unfortunately the website promised more than it delivered - the room was not a JUNIOR SUITE but more of a large attic room! The two different armchairs were worn out and uncomfortable. There was no couch or similar, which is what you should have in a junior suite! There were no towels for the pool - the pool was 31°C and so was the whirlpool - what's the point of that? None!! Bar area - no service in the bar area before or after dinner - if you were lucky you got an aperitif - that happened on the first evening because the reserved table was still occupied at the stated time, then you got an aperitif on the house - on the 2nd evening we would have liked to have another aperitif - but sitting in the bar for 15 minutes without being looked at - you decide against it. Food - very good - tasted perfect! Service needs some coaching again.

I would particularly like to highlight the quality of the restaurant - we went to both the Stubb and the Josephine. Both are excellent! Very attentive service and a great experience. The hotel, with parking spaces in front of the door, is modern and stylishly furnished and all the sights are very easy to reach. (Haute Konigsburg, Colmar etc.). For those with back problems: the beds and pillows are very good!!!

Great experience in your hotel, just two small criticisms, a swimming pool that was much too noisy due to the children who converted it into a municipal swimming pool and a jacuzzi that was too cold. (Ideal temperature 35 degrees and we were far from it) Otherwise a really good stay.

A very nice hotel, good rooms, very clean, good beds, very nice wellness area, the food in the wine house was fantastic, so incredibly delicious. We would love to come back.

Disappointed by the reception staff, not too friendly. I am a tour operator and visited to bring groups in the future. The staff at the reception was not interested at all having groups and didn't really care about my interest. The breakfast team was super friendly and accommodating.

Too bad we can't eat at the hotel restaurant on Monday and Tuesday.

The hotel is located in a very quiet place. The room is not very large, but pleasant, we appreciated the large terrace provided. The cleaning of the room is not very thorough (the area of the glasses and the kettle was very dusty for all 6 days of the stay); the 2 coffee sachets were not supplied regularly. The restaurant is excellent, but closed on Mondays and Tuesdays; the menu does not vary.

Friendly, competent staff, very nice and clean hotel with very good food and fine wines. The pool and sauna are well-kept and inviting. Parking is free at the hotel. Overall, good value for money. We would be happy to come back.

We had an excellent, peaceful stay, very close to the vineyards. The bedding was of superb quality. We slept very well. The only downside is that in our family suite, there were no blackout blinds in the master bedroom. But it remains anecdotal. We were able to enjoy the spa and the swimming pool (very warm).

Good quality accommodation, its spa area, swimming pool sauna, very good welcoming staff. Joséphine's table we were a little disappointed, value for money too expensive, the dishes lack character, the portions are minimalist (filet bf portion around 80g) too bad. Thanks to the sommelier

Excellent hotel, comfortable and clean

Our room was superb only beaten by the quality of the food - out of this world. We arrived early and it was no problem room was all ready and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. I have to also say - chose the local wine - very inexpensive and excellent. We stay here every year and next year will be no exception.

Friendly welcome, well-equipped, spotlessly clean rooms, enjoyable evening in the restaurant. Before that, a relaxing massage, the next morning a good, varied breakfast.

The price of breakfast is inconsistent with the rest. Too bad the sauna/hamame is only available from 4 p.m.

Arrogant and not very friendly welcome. Modern and clean room. Pool too cool and jacuzzi downright cold and yet indicated at 31. It should be at 35 degrees minimum Austere decoration in the spa, no music, no towels available. No wifi network at the pool and weak cellular network.

the infrastructure of the hotel corresponds to the expectations of a 4-star hotel, we unfortunately give a "correct" evaluation for the reception. Little interest in breakfast, the first day no one came to us, not even to take the room number. The welcome is unsmiling and attentive, for example upon departure no "did your stay go well?", "welcome back", "look forward to seeing you again", "happy Christmas/end holidays" of year"... is it the fact that the person is alone? that too many events are happening at the same time at reception? , in short, little attention, little smile and interest, too bad.

Beautiful place, the hotel is very classy. Nothing to say. Everything was perfect. The room was very spacious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only negative during our relaxing time at the pool was the presence of children making noise and jumping into the water. But we will come back with great pleasure!

We were not aware when booking that the restaurant was closed Monday & Tuesday. Consequently we were sent to a restaurant down the road, but had to get there quickly so we could get a table. This meant we then had no time to enjoy the spa facilities, so actually wasted our money choosing a spa hotel with restaurant, neither of which we could benefit from. The hotel itself and room was however very nice, clean, and high quality.

The team was indifferent and hardly did not offer anything to make us feel appreciated as tourists.

I stayed at the hotel with my disabled sister. We immediately got a large, disabled-friendly room with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The friendliness came from the heart, the management of the hotel is highly professional. Half-board is highly recommended, because every dinner surprises with excellent French cuisine.

Hello, Very satisfied with the hotel, too bad the restaurant was closed during our stay, we would have had a meal. It will be for next time. Very pleasant pool and spa area, plus bathrobes and skates were available in the room. The room we had was a Duplex for 4 people, 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet and upstairs the same very nicely decorated and spacious.

Beau séjour pour étape et très beau village. Petit bémol. Le lendemain lors du départ, nous sommes allés déjeuner à 8h30 et quand nous sommes rentrés dans notre chambre. Porte de notre chambre grande ouverte et ont été entrain de faire déjà notre chambre avec toutes nos affaires personnel à vue. J’ai demandé aux femmes de chambre pourquoi ont faisait déjà notre chambre car nous devions quitter la chambre pour 11h00. Au fait, ils se sont trompés de chambre. Première fois que cela nous arrivent dans un hôtel .

Excellent 4-star hotel, recently renovated spa and swimming pool, with the possibility of outdoor spaces, good common accommodation, excellent breakfast, kind and helpful staff, .... but unfortunately poor quality wifi, connection is not possible in the rooms after h 20.00 until morning,..another sore point Hotel equipped with stube and restaurant but not open on Mondays and Tuesdays,...without being reported in the hotel's advertising profile, and given that customers like me also choose the structure for this type of service, it can cause problems .....

I always have a pleasant stay at this hotel. I have 2 remarks which could be useful for the comfort to evolve further: - with these strong heats, I would have liked to have a simple sheet in bed rather than a duvet. Air conditioning would not have been needed. - I would have preferred to have breakfast before 7am...
