Restaurant le Nova

The room was very dirty… the bin hadn't been emptied, there were insects, cobwebs, the bathroom/toilet smelled of urine, and the shower curtain was yellow at the bottom…

The room: extremely dusty, a cobweb in the corner—it's disappointing for a renovated room. Even the bathroom was unsatisfactory (black grout, baseboards). I think the housekeeping needs improvement. Furthermore, we saw several cockroaches in the breakfast room. We will not be returning to this hotel (disappointing).

The place of the hotel very near the highway is perfect.

The bedroom and bathroom were big enough, the 2 person and 1 person bed was perfect with 1 Child.

The hotel and the room by itself where nog clean. A lot of dust anywhere.
A proper cleaning of the whole building would be nice.
The staff was ok, but could do more to make the place being a place you would come back.

Pay some attention to the outsite of the building like the garden and parking earea. This is your first impression for your custommer.

Quiet hotel, friendly setting

I am disappointed by the cleanliness and the outdated equipment (non-functional and very dirty television, shower without comment).

The hotel has a nice appearance, and the restaurant seems to attract customers in addition to hotel guests, which is probably a sign of quality. The staff is quite welcoming and pleasant. We arrived late and easily found someone to greet us and give us the key. Our stay was during the third heatwave, and we entered a room that was sweltering. The air conditioning only blew room-temperature air, as did the fan in the room. We were exhausted and didn't have the energy to complain until the next day.

What a shame for us, this sweltering weekend the air conditioning wasn't working and no one from the hotel had warned us. What an unpleasant surprise for our late-night return… in room 12

The room is small and clean, but the bedding leaves something to be desired. Breakfast is plentiful and very good. The restaurant is very good.

The room was very disappointing, nothing like the reservation. Luckily, the reception staff did everything they could to try and alleviate the disappointment. Thank you to them. For your information, I am a regular guest of Logis de France (3 nights/week at Logis hotels).

Several disappointments: - No option to include meal expenses in the overnight package bill - A shower with a curtain is outdated - The hotel is located near the A6 motorway, and the poorly adjusted windows let in noise despite the simple adjustments - Very limited breakfast selection

Super friendly staff

We had part of our night's sleep disrupted. This is unacceptable for a hotel. When booking, we wish we had known that the hotel bar/restaurant offered lively evenings until 1:30 am every Thursday and Friday. This would have allowed us to choose another hotel with truly soundproofed rooms. This was not the case here.

Run away! The hotel nightclub had music so loud it was impossible to sleep. The manager told us we had to wait until the end of the night if we wanted to sleep. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very meager with not much choice.

This hotel is basically a nightclub. It was impossible to sleep before 2 or 3 am because of the noise. Unfortunately, it was a disastrous night because of that. Otherwise, the room was perfectly adequate for the price.

A night at a disco kept us up until 3 a.m.... The loud music made the walls shake, making it impossible to sleep. It's a shame, because the location is great for getting close to the mountains and the bedding was comfortable. There was no secure parking.

There was a party in the bar below the hotel. Beats until past midnight.
