Dommage, j’avais une soirée étape, mais je n’ai pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner car celui-ci ne commençait qu’à 7h30 et que je partais à 7h00.

Arrivés en fin d’apres Midi il fut compliqué de trouver là réceptionniste pour récupérer nos clés. Chambre propre et agréable.
Le dimanche matin, pas d accueil au petit déjeuner pourtant demandé pour 8h30 au bout de 15 minutes
Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et varié toutefois.
Pour notre départ toujours personne à la réception pour rendre les clés et signaler que l’ampoule du miroir de la salle de bain était grillée (pas facile pour se maquiller!)
Dommage bel endroit mais pas de service.

The restaurant is disappointing. When we arrived at 3pm the place was shut and no one was around but the receptionists eventually turned up and offered no apology.
The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The outside was very untidy and we had to clean the outside able and chairs before we used it and there were discarded cigarette ends near our door.
You had to boil the kettle on the floor as the cable would not reach the top, no spoon and 1 sugar and 2 coffee and 2 tea bags.
Shower was a trickle and I had to finish rinsing my hair in the sink .
Toiletries were poor and towels were awful.
There was no one around when we left in the morning so we left the key in the reception. I did go into the restaurant and knocked on the kitchen door and had no answer.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was adequate but nothing special and with a lot of choices unavailable. We left to go our room and was chased by the waitress to say that we were supposed to pay for the meal before we left the restaurant but we assumed it would be settled in the morning.
We would never consider going back and would not recommend this establishment to anybody either.
Wifi also did not work.

We are now staying in another Logis in Rocamadour and you cannot compare the two establishments and yet they are the same price.

We are great fans of the Logis chain, and chose the Moulin for that reason, and because of the town’s location. We were not prepared for a locked door, and no answer to our phone call. We were two hours past the posted opening time. Nor were we prepared for a room full of buzzing flies and mosquitoes. Nor were we prepared for the non-existent wifi, which came back as we left the next morning. The bath area was so discouraging that we skipped our showers, and left as soon as we could. I would have reported this all to our manager, and requested a refund, but she was conveniently not in sight. No, we will not be returning. So sad, as there are so many great hotels and restaurants in the group. I write this review in a fantastic one, L’Hôtel du Sauvage, in La Ferté Gaucher, just an hour from Paris.

We expect better from an establishment that displays a 3-star sign and charges 110 EUR without breakfast. Breakfast is charged 14 EUR when a BB Hotel charges you 8 EUR for much fresher with more choice. Normally the frame should compensate, but it absolutely doesn't. As for the reception, it was epic. The establishment announces that its reception is open until 10 p.m. When you arrive at 9:40 p.m., there is no one there. The advantage is that you have access to all the room keys, so anyone can help themselves and visit yours while you are away. The bathroom and bedding are of good quality. Access to the outside through a French window is a definite advantage. The staff is both friendly and disconnected from the notion of service. To get the job done, you simply have to ask with a smile and insist, always with a smile (remembering that the basis of the job is to do what is provided for in the price). For example, I had to go to the kitchen to find someone to check in. For check-out, it was the same thing. In both cases, it took more than 10 minutes. An excellent stay in this wonderful old mill which is located in a calm setting overlooking a small lake with birds and wildlife. Perfect after a stressful day driving. We chose it for the location and that it had a restaurant as we had been driving all day from England and were on our way to Perpignan the following day. We could find nothing to criticise,, the age of the building means that its restoration has to be in keeping and maintenance is inevitably more difficult. Dinner was fine, it is not advertised as a top of the range restaurant. We would definitely stop there again, preferably for more than one night.

Absolute scammers- paid via booking.com but the hotel owner said payment was not taken so I paid for the stay again.
I have now essentially paid double. Since then I have been in contact with the owner who has made excuse after excuse for not refunding.

It has now got to the point that I have had to contact booking.com resolution center and leave a bad review which I never do.

Would love to also post the text messages between myself and the owner. Really poor and 3 months down the line now refund.

As for the breakfast that we had to pay for the day before, before discovering the disaster, it is 13 euros, i.e. the current price of a worker's meal, and we have only one piece of bread per person, we have to find out where we are. things, there is nobody in the dining room, a poor stunted buffet, low-end portions of jam counted to the nearest unit. A moderately clean refrigerator. We will never see the director. We leave the hotel without having seen anyone since the night before. At the very least, I would have liked the manager to come and see us and explain this disaster.
