As always, a very good hotel. Nothing was lacking. Excellent service and a very pleasant host.

No reception, we were greeted by restaurant staff, no Wi-Fi, no way to call reception since no one was there, except that the waiter, who clearly wasn't a receptionist, didn't warn us about the connection problems. The housekeeping was sloppy, and there was no bathtub plug, so I couldn't take a bath. When I wanted to take one, I had to get dressed and find someone in the restaurant who could help me… in short, not the service quality of a 4-star hotel, barely 1-star. And the spa is just a jacuzzi that no one knows how to operate; guests have to figure it out by pressing all the buttons and trying to see which ones work, and a broken sauna that you try to turn on yourself because it's not working, but it doesn't work. Unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I paid 468 euros for two nights, two breakfasts served between 9 and 10 am (usually it's between 7 and 10 am), and one dinner, plus access to the "spa"—more like the jacuzzi. In short, I left an hour and a half after arriving and booked a room at the last minute in another hotel.

Absolutely perfect

The setting is magnificent but there is no staff to welcome us: arrival at 2:40 p.m. instead of 4 p.m., but even at 4 p.m. no one is present at the reception. We are automatically registered for the evening meal without asking us or showing us the establishment and the menu. No explanations about the place (access to the spa, swimming pool, closing times of the doors). And above all the most disappointing: the cleanliness of the room. The service is not up to the price for the accommodation part, a shame.
