The hotel is very well located in the center of Orange. The welcome was very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel brasserie offers simple but very fresh and delicious dishes.

This stay exceeded our expectations. There's such a positive energy emanating from this establishment. The staff is attentive from the moment you arrive, smiles are everywhere, a kind word here, a thoughtful touch there... The atmosphere is truly warm and inviting, encouraging you to settle in for an aperitif in the comfortable armchairs of the bar before indulging your taste buds in the restaurant. The room is very comfortable with tasteful decor, and the bedding is of excellent quality. Its location is exceptional; our only regret is not having had the time to relax on the terrace for another moment of bliss. Pilou also thanks you for the warm welcome he received and cherishes the memory of meeting Maya. We only have one wish... to return!

Top welcome, very friendly and professional staff
Hotel ideally located in the city center, a stone's throw from the ancient theater. The team is very friendly.👌 Cycling friends, a space is reserved for you. The room was very good, spacious with everything you need, ditto for the bathroom. The only "negative" point to look for the little beast, is that there is not much space to put your breakfast tray and serve yourself. The breakfast is great with lots of homemade products (various cakes, grilled bacon and scrambled eggs, yogurts...) it is very generous. Very good address in Orange.🤗

Super zentrale Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, süße Einrichtung. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich - leider mit Teppichboden. Alles da, was man braucht. Gutes Frühstück mit ausgezeichneten Croissants. Das Personal ist top und dazu extrem hundefreundlich.
A very nice hotel with a very friendly team and a lot of flair.
All in all, our stay was quite pleasant. The service at dinner was friendly, albeit a bit slow—had the courses been served more quickly, we would have ordered dessert as well. The overall quality of the food was good to very good. Breakfast was also satisfactory. However, we found it a bit awkward to get the cold cuts, as they were stored in the refrigerator and had to be unwrapped from the cellophane, while there was barely any space for the plate. A minor personal disappointment was that there was no pain au chocolat.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the location was central, there was parking around the corner, and the breakfast was very plentiful and good. Dinner was also decent, albeit quite expensive.
Very warm welcome, particularly friendly. We are not in a chain hotel. The morning coffee/croissant for 3 euros is perfect.
Not well soundproofed, inside and out. We could hear the conversation in German in a neighboring room. Walls and bedside tables with many traces of old uncleanliness. Hair and hair + splashes in the bathroom. Disappointing breakfast for the price. Cold bacon, 3 croissants in the basket; cold scrambled eggs (or omelet???), stained cutlery and other equipment and 16€ / person.

Finding the hotel with all the road diversions because the show in town was difficult and parking tricky. Would have appreciated being warned in advance of road diversion and getting help with directions and easier parking after a long drive.
Experience with evening meal : noticed later that we were overcharged for bottle of wine. When I queried with reception, they said it was nothing to do with them. 😞Hence mark on below survey

Very good hotel, well located. Good service. However, the quality of the sheets is really a problem. This waffle fabric is very unpleasant and leaves marks on the skin.
The room was very small. The advertised private parking space was not available; we had to park on the street in front of the hotel for a fee. Breakfast was reasonable but limited; apparently, they couldn't spare a slice of cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful, but that could not compensate for the downsides.

I liked everything about this hotel‐-location, value, accommodations, and particularly the staff. Everyone I met was cheerful and helpful. I am traveling by bicycle, and they were helpful with securing my bike, too.
I stayed in the junior suite: very spacious, well-equipped, and uniquely furnished, with a kitchenette and a small terrace. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Bathroom with a window. The only flaw was that I found a comb that wasn't mine on the bedside table, probably left behind by previous guests and overlooked by the cleaning staff. The common areas are a bit dated.

The hotel is in a good location, clean, and offers the option of a full breakfast or just coffee and croissants, with a significant price difference. The staff is very friendly. We had booked a small room, but they offered us a much larger and more comfortable one at the same price because it was available.

I reported at the end of the stay that we were unable to sleep all night because the air conditioning unit kept filling with water all night and it was very noisy. No action was taken on the bill. Otherwise, apart from that, the hotel itself is very good, it's a shame because we were unable to sleep properly.
Very welcoming and helpful staff, especially for assistance and placement in the private parking lot. Also for the night-time entry through the back of the establishment after midnight following concerts at the Théâtre Antique. Very quiet hotel, plus I had a room on the courtyard side. Despite the crowds on the terrace in the afternoon, the bar staff always had a moment to chat with me. Only positives for this family establishment. I highly recommend it.

We loved our three-night stay at Le Glacier. The entire staff is welcoming, attentive, and friendly! The breakfasts are perfect (choice, freshness, quality), as are the two evening meals we enjoyed. Our junior suite and its small balcony were just as good as the rest... Pure bliss! Thank you!

The hotel's location was exceptional for visiting the Chorégies d'Orange. The meals were of good quality, the bedding was impeccable, and the cleanliness was also excellent.
We came quite late but we still could order a meal and drinks. The next day we had problems with finding a taxi and the hotel arranged it all. So kind and so helpful!

Super friendly, dedicated team. Bright, welcoming room. Plenty of light for reading. Breakfast was very extensive by French standards. No on-site parking, but parking is available right outside. Access to the room on the second floor is a bit tricky, with several flights of stairs.

Excellent stay at the Glacier Hotel in Orange. We were very well received. We arrived a day before our reservation due to thunderstorms. The owners offered us a studio to help us out, which was so cool. Another big thank you to them. The establishment is located in the heart of Orange and very close to the ancient theater where we came for two performances, so it was very convenient for late evenings.
Very warm welcome from the staff, attentive, smiling and very helpful. Our suitcases were taken up to the room and an iron was provided upon request. Staircase and common areas smell musty, especially the areas with the red/burgundy carpet on the floor. The room lacks a refrigerator and drinks. The bathroom is a bit cramped and it's a shame that the toilet is in the bathroom.
Second experience at the Glacier Hotel, the welcome is warm, the staff always available and pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, very clean. I recommend it and I will come back without hesitation.

I had a great time. The welcome was very warm and efficient. I didn't have to wait for someone to give me directions. The room was decent, with everything I needed. The price might be a bit high, but it's the tourist season. The food options are good. The family atmosphere is very nice.

One out of two dishes on the menu were not available, not even at 8:30 p.m. Besides, the evening stopover is just between the main course or the main course and dessert. Very unpleasant bed sheets. A poor roll of toilet paper on the end of availability. Breakfast time too late. The hotel is closed at night. You have to leave through an emergency exit to find yourself in an alley. We don't know where we are. In the evening, we are made to pay, telling us that we will be sent an invoice without details the next day by email. We receive nothing and when we call to request it, we are told that it is not possible. In all the other lodgings I have not had ours, but all my other colleagues have had trouble getting bills without details. At the Glacier in Orange, it's No.!!! I would not recommend this establishment.

The hotel is very well located, just 150 meters from the Roman Theater. I booked a standard room for €55. The price is really excellent, as the room is beautiful and spacious compared to the average for this category. The bathroom is also pleasant, with a small bathtub, and the toilet is separate. A courtesy tray with a kettle, tea, and coffee is provided. The hotel has a small private parking lot with only four spaces (reservation is recommended); however, the price is a little high, as the parking lot is not covered and access is only with a member of staff, which can complicate a very early departure.

Everything was fine except for the parking arrangements- the hotel provides private parking in a small courtyard at an additional cost- guests who are parked in the second row will have to leave their key with reception- which is fine - however when I wanted to leave and as my car was boxed in by another guest’s car assistance from reception/management was far from perfect- it took me more than 30 minutes to get out - with repeatedly being left waiting … for someone to come and move the other car , for a truck delivering goods to the hotel to move , for someone to help me squeeze out ( actually no one came back for that part)… - so if you are not pressed for time and do not mind being treated as if they don’t care, all’s good…
We stayed here for one night and had a large, quiet room facing a side street. The young team was very friendly, and everything worked out perfectly. We had secure parking at the hotel.
