A really lovely family-run hotel!
A great stopover in Navarrenx, especially thanks to the warm welcome at this small hotel. The little town is very charming and can be explored in an hour (perhaps a little longer in summer as all the entertainment venues were closed). The hotel offers the expected value for money. The room was simply comfortable, and the bed was perfect for us (neither too firm nor too soft). The meals were very good, and even though the menu didn't mention any vegetarian options, we ate vegetarian meals both nights during our stay, each with different dishes. The best thing about this hotel is the warm welcome, which we really appreciated. It's ideally located both on the pilgrimage route and for sightseeing. Although our room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We were there off-season, and it was just as quiet inside, but that might not always be the case. In short, we highly recommend it. Our only disappointment was with the Logis website (and not the hotel itself): the menu hadn't been updated since the autumn...

I come to this establishment regularly; the staff are always very pleasant, and the accommodation is of high quality. What's more, the food is very good.

I needed to work during my stay. My room had a good desk and the wifi was excellent. Thé bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is very nice snd my meals were excellent. However the restaurant was not open on Friday or Saturday evenings.
The staff were unprofessional. The room was barely clean, but the bathroom was truly filthy, especially the shower cubicle: mold on the doors and tiles. I seriously hesitated to shower. Frankly, very disappointing in terms of value for money. The meals offered little choice and small portions, and breakfast was equally exorbitant considering the limited selection... I won't be returning.

It's a shame to have to wait until 6:15 p.m. to get to the hotel to take a shower, while Pélerin arrived around 4 p.m. sweating after 22 km.
Have stayed at Logistic Hotel in past( Aumont-Aubrac. Expections were high, but we were disappointed. Front desk not alway available. Room shoddy: floor delaminating, plastic toilet seat with not full roll toilet paper. Blankets in cabinet messily stored. Not quiet.

The staff was so kind and thoughtful. The room was well equipped and clean. The Dinner was more than expected. I recommend this hotel to anyone who passes this city for all purposes.
