Restaurant le Clos des Sullys

An exceptional stay for us (4 adults) at Clos des Sullys, with a warm and genuine welcome from the owners, who were very professional, available, and offered great advice, but were also funny and incredibly friendly. (A memorable little ride in a golf cart 😜). The place is sublime and peaceful. We ate very well at the restaurant, the service was top-notch, we slept very well (the Estragon room was spacious), and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, you have time to relax, no pressure at all. Note: the pool is open 24/7, which is very rare. Worries and stress don't cross the threshold; once settled in, serenity takes over for the duration of your stay. We regret not being able to book more nights. Go without hesitation, and once there, open your eyes wide to fully enjoy it because everything is beautiful! Congratulations and best wishes to the happy, courageous, and smiling owners. A very nice hotel in a tastefully restored old building. A small refrigerator in the room would be a welcome addition.

Unfortunately restaurant closed as chef not available and proposed booking in local town restaurant was awful

Room had problem with air con unit and constant dripping was like Chinese water torture through the night, and it was so hot unable to sleep which was good as the noisy guests arriving back to rooms at 2am would have woken me up

We had a great time, the staff were very welcoming. The setting and grounds are superb. However, the bedding needs to be changed (the mattress is sagging and creaking).

A small, beautifully situated hotel overlooking the Cèze Valley. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The hotel boasts a stunning garden with a magnificent infinity pool, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The cuisine is excellent and the service outstanding. Thanks to the lovely weather, we were able to enjoy dinner on the terrace. A dream come true! Everything about this hotel is simply perfect! We've stayed here before and will definitely return. This hotel is truly a peaceful experience. Nature is omnipresent. The welcome and kindness of the staff are very much appreciated. The restaurant offers a beautiful menu with quality products and cuisine. A summer evening meal outdoors is not to be missed.

A small downside to breakfast: not much choice. No hot dishes. Only one kind of bread. No dried fruit. However, it's a detail compared to the magnificent setting, the efficient, attentive and warm staff, constantly attentive. A haven of peace of great beauty, with an exceptional team.
