Good value for money
The Art Deco room is just the wallpaper above the bed. The renovated shower room is fine. But the room is really small for €94.50. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room make up for the price. The breakfast was satisfactory.
The welcome was very pleasant, and the staff were very attentive.
No complaints about the welcome. But the restaurant... when the waiter asked us if everything was alright, I told him no, it wasn't the side dish listed on the menu, and he just told us to tell the chef and then said nothing more. The room was in a rather damaged state and not very clean, with several insects in the room.

We had a wonderful weekend at this charming and beautifully decorated hotel! As we were staying for three nights, we were even surprised to be upgraded upon our arrival Friday evening – a very kind gesture from the hotel! The staff is lovely. We highly recommend the body massages with Talya and Valérie, external providers who work within the hotel. It was the best massage my husband and I have ever had, and we've had quite a few... The only downside, decor-wise, is the indoor pool! The room could be improved with some greenery, perhaps wooden chairs or something similar, and vibrant colors, because the atmosphere there is really very cold and empty, and contrasts sharply with the rest of the hotel – it's a shame. Apart from that, we highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

Very good stay
We appreciated being upgraded to avoid having a room that was too cold! However, the pool water was a bit chilly, and the floor in the relaxation area was slippery! The restaurant was also a bit cool in the evening, but very spacious, which I think explains the difficulty in heating it! We will certainly return in warmer weather to make it more comfortable!

We have come several times, I recommend the room, relaxation area, perfect restaurant.
The room is very old, the bathroom needs a major refresh. Rusty bathroom radiator and unheated room! In addition, you must bring your own bathrobe and towel for access to the spa because otherwise you are forced to rent, we should have been informed in advance.
We received a very lukewarm welcome from two women. One was young and easy to talk to, but the older woman was haughty and gave us a frosty reception! After mentioning it at the end of our stay, we were told she was probably tired, which is no excuse! We were tired too, but of this kind of situation. Aside from this dissatisfaction, overall it was quite good, but we don't know if we'll return! We had stayed there before and had fond memories, so we wanted to try again, but after realizing we weren't treated properly despite booking with a Smartbox. It's a shame because it's a luxury for us to be able to afford a stay like this. We would have liked everything to be impeccable because, for one night's stay and a meal at the restaurant, the bill was still exorbitant for a 3-star hotel with outdated decor and nonexistent service. We felt like they wanted to get rid of us quickly while emptying our pockets as much as possible. That's our feeling. We're disappointed.

Disappointed. For a €39 meal, I've often found better for €30-€35. Really nothing original. We were asked what time we wanted to have breakfast, and when we arrived at 9:00 AM, there were no more pain au chocolat. My wife left the fruit salad because she didn't like it; the fruit was too hard. The next day we went to another hotel in Honfleur. The room was more spacious, the breakfast was perfect, although I admit it wasn't the same standard (no swimming pool, sauna, or hammam, and the setting wasn't as beautiful).

The restaurant is advertised as a Restaurant Gourmand. I did not find it as such. The daily specials were the same throughout our entire stay and the choices on the menu gourmand did not vary at all. The other menu simply offered various burgers, not what I would call gourmand. Also the bed was rather small and the mattress very unconfortable.

Room 9 had a lovely big and very comfy bed with good linen, Had a great nights sleep. Had a bath ( lovely) and shower, hot refreshments, but surprisingly no water. The room was certainly comfortable but a little affected by the smell from the separate loo which was sited next to the bed. The bathroom had all the amenities but was perhaps a little tired. Dinner was excellent and we ate off the a la carte menu which had plenty of choice as we did not want a 3 course meal. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, the distance between where we live and our stay at this hotel is almost 800 km. We would book this hotel again at any time. The friendliness is unbeatable. It was my best vacation in a long time. Due to my husband's disability and the needs we communicated before arrival, we found everything perfect. Normally, I get severe back pain after two nights because the beds are not comfortable. That was not the case here. I slept perfectly. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool, including the ambiance, was very nice. Ample parking in front of the door. One small thing that could be corrected: It would be good to have signs at the sauna explaining how to use the sauna: just a swimsuit without a towel? With a towel? All in all, I already miss the friendliness of the people. Their helpfulness. As I am French myself, I can't comment on the foreign language options. For the first time, it was difficult for us to leave.
A very warm welcome, very satisfied overall. It's true that the breakfast, price/selection ratio, is rather excessive for what is offered in the buffet. Very good food. The leisure facilities—tennis court, swimming pool, hammam—could benefit from a little freshening up, but quite honestly, for a family weekend of a few days, we really enjoyed it! We were very well received, the staff is very friendly. The only downside is the dilapidated state of the place, the broken tiles at the swimming pool, the hotel terrace not cleaned with green wooden chairs. Too bad the setting is very pretty, just improve the maintenance of the place and it will be perfect.

When you have a 3-star rating, it's clear that you can't be satisfied when you find used condoms in the office bin. No commercial gesture, just a few apologies from the receptionist... Concerning the room, no comfort linked to the heatwave (no air conditioning, no fan. The room on the 2nd floor, accessible by a tiny corridor is dated... No decor, a badly placed TV, a desk that must have been found at Emmaüs. Comfortable bed despite everything except that the duvet is the same as in winter for temperatures of more than 35° outside. The bathroom is very basic and small, the bathtub uncomfortable and very slippery, the toilet disgusting. In addition, the whole being attic, you bump into the beams unless you are Passepartout... As for breakfast: unworthy of a three-star (little choice of both cold meats and cheeses and quantities leaving something to be desired, frozen pastries reheated while a bakery is less than 150 meters from the establishment... I did not use the swimming pool but the exterior condition (bad grass between the slabs, missing or broken slabs) does not encourage you to put a toe in... No really, I will not return to this hotel which nevertheless applies 3-star prices.

Having been a regular at this hotel for years, I've noticed a significant decline in standards, especially in the restaurant, which used to be its main strength. The value for money is disappointing.

As part of a Dakota Box, we stayed at the establishment for 2 days. Easy registration via live check-in online, satisfactory welcome, but very disappointing departure. The room was very cramped, attic, stained ceiling, very small and attic bathroom, old and stained hairdryer, rusty radiator, no air conditioning unbearable in this high heat; installing a fan would have been appreciated. No minibar! No bottle offered in this inconceivable heat! Let's move on to the meal, not worthy of a 3-star hotel whatever the dish ordered, we had the same toppings and moreover poorly prepared. Our Virgin Mojito served hot!!!! The whipped cream for desserts was also served hot. Breakfast too basic and scrambled eggs inedible as well as the hot fruit juice undrinkable. Ditto for the hot fruit salad. On the plus side, the indoor pool was decent, a little cold, the sauna and hammam acceptable.
some facilities that we have come to expect from hotels in this category were lacking, especially not having air conditioning bor at least a fan, and not having some bottled water available in the room or any face tissues. The roomwas however very clean.

Excellent welcome both on the phone and in person. Very clear information. Having booked through a smartbox, there is no difference in terms of dinner: generous dishes. The restaurant manager and his assistant are very friendly and available despite the very large number of people. Room 9 is very old but quite clean. We did however report that ants were entering the room. Very quiet location as it is well set back from the fairly busy road.

It's a shame in a hotel of this standing to have traces of mold in the corner of the shower ceiling and a large cobweb above the bed. Otherwise, the stay was perfect overall, the staff is very welcoming, and the SPA area is really beautiful, (could need a little refresh...), however the aquatic area is really well organized.
No air conditioning! I was on the 2nd floor. The bathroom water was brown! The carpet was full of stains. The afternoon receptionist was very unpleasant. The pool was unusable, full of floating debris. I strongly advise against staying here.
The hotel is still very decent overall, but room number 4 was very disappointing. The attic room and bathroom were both in the same room. The bathroom was a horror, it was a bathtub under the attic, almost inaccessible for showering, you were bent in two, so it was very uncomfortable to shower. However, the bedding was very, very good.

This hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. Bathrobes shouldn't be for rent, as they're essential for accessing the spa, which is only accessible from the outside.
We had a very good stay, the hotel night, dinner and breakfast. Honestly everything was perfect, just one small downside: the room was a bit cramped and there was no socket next to the bed for my husband's breathing apparatus, but the length of the cable was sufficient for the connection, close to the front door. The staff were very pleasant, especially the manager of the restaurant when we had dinner. THANK YOU for your good humor.
We booked a night at this hotel via a Smartbox that advertised two meals (3-course menu), two breakfasts, and one hour of spa time. When booking, we were asked to add €90, leading us to believe that this covered additional services. In reality, this amount only covered meals and breakfasts, and the spa was freely accessible to all guests. We therefore felt like we had been misled by the offer. We also paid €117 for an additional night. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to scratch: hairs on the edge of the shower in the first room, and in the second, a strip of garbage bag was lying on the floor when we arrived. The condition of the facilities also leaves something to be desired. The indoor pool is clearly dilapidated: the ceiling is crumbling, the edges of the pool are yellowed, and even in the sauna, the ceiling is damaged. This doesn't at all match what we expect from an establishment that's supposed to offer relaxation and comfort. In short, between the poorly explained supplements, the approximate cleanliness, and the state of the premises, we left disappointed. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but the maintenance and transparency are not up to scratch.
Room of modest dimensions - avoid room 49 - the foot of the bed is 20 cm from the bathroom partition for 80 cm. Very economical facilities: no sandals for going to the SPA, cardboard toothbrush "glasses" - why not - bathrobe for hire... On the other hand, large comfortable bed, indoor pool, sauna, hammam very decent. Staff at the top for the reception and the service in the room.

The hotel needs a good refresh in the pool area, the staff is quite friendly, the housekeeping staff is very good, our room was always spotless when we returned at the end of the day. The breakfast is simple.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The breakfast was really great: well served, varied and presented with class. The pools were also very pleasant, I was even surprised because some comments suggested the opposite, especially about the paintings. Certainly, the hotel has a little old-fashioned side and the rooms are quite small and old-fashioned (adding a small fridge in the room would be appreciated) but that did not prevent me from having a good time. Pleasant staff. Large parking lot, the space at the outdoor pool was peaceful as well as the indoor space around the fireplace very cozy and classy.

A clean and fairly well-located hotel (in the immediate vicinity of Deauville). The room was clean, the bedding comfortable. However, a few things are missing: a hairdryer and a safe, for example. The hotel seems to have been renovated, but the bathroom and toilets are still missing a VMC. According to other hotel guests, it can be a bit noisy despite the new frames. Breakfast was disappointing: little choice, industrial and cold products (scrambled eggs and bacon). Too bad. Another disappointment: the deckchairs around the pool. If you're not quick enough and they're all occupied, you can't take advantage of them because half are reserved for ground-floor rooms. This was the unpleasant surprise of the stay. Note that we booked this hotel as part of a smart box, so overall the experience is okay, but I'm glad I didn't pay for the night, otherwise I would have been disappointed by the elements mentioned above.

We were in one of the attic rooms which was comfortable, clean and very good value.
One-night stay with dinner and breakfast as part of a Smartbox, we were very well received, moreover, we benefited from an upgrade, so we had a renovated room, very spacious (king size bed) and pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and warm, the evening meal was top-notch, with a waiter who was very attentive and with a lot of humor, we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The next morning, we had a problem in the bathroom because there was no hot water, the person at the reception immediately gave us access to another room so that we could take our shower, so a perfect stay overall. The hotel and restaurant are well-kept, clean and charming in the Normandy style with half-timbering, in short, an address to remember for a future stay on the Normandy coast!

Room with the bare minimum and aging very badly! Average welcome not very friendly. Frozen pool with water everywhere around, no squeegee for the floor, slipping guaranteed!!!! Respectable jacuzzi and hammam. Perfect dinner but waiting time much too long! 1 person for the whole room including for the aperitif! As for breakfast, the icing on the cake, an empty buffet at 9:00 in the morning, what a shame! No more fruit, no more omelet, we were able to save 3/4 pastries for 3, it's frankly unacceptable!!! Not to mention the extremely unpleasant waitress who kept making derogatory comments to her colleague! The same one as at dinner, by the way. We will not return to this establishment, very very disappointed with the services!
