The shutters wouldn’t stay open and in the wind the hotel went in and closed them as they were banging. We opened them to let daylight in but they banged on the wall as the locks to keep them in place were not working. I messaged the hotel twice and got no response. At 110e a night I don’t expect to be in darkness during daylight hours. I explained to the man when making payment, no compensation given and the man was very rude and bullish!
