A very warm welcome during our overnight stay, a very clean room, and a perfect dinner.

Stay at the beginning of October. Very calm environment, calming and very helpful staff, flexible, adaptable, welcoming... In short, I highly recommend it.

Thanks to Nicolas and his entire team - we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A true moment of happiness

The landscape is stunning, the food marvellous.
The Hotel is partly renovated (Bathrooms), I didn't enjoy the room to the street (bad light), maybe the other rooms with balcony are nicer.
The pool is nice, the Gym ok.
Breakfast was delicious, just the room seams a bit odd compared with the restaurant.
Dinner was very nice. Maybe a bit too expensive a la carte, but there is a half board option.

unfortunaly this option wasn't offered to me and I got wrong information about the check in hours, which was a bit unpleasant.
and I really don't like it if I'm blamed for mistakes of other people.

the general problem with French people meeting foreigners is also valid. I don't like stereotypes, but it's better to polish your school French and don't expect a very warm welcome. a professional welcome: yes, but not comparable to other countries.

well, I didn't notice anyone not from France except the very friendly waiter.
over all, not a bad experience. not sure if I'll repeat it.

Our recent stay was not up to the standard of earlier years. We wondered if the staff were tired after a busy season. Perhaps we were late with our booking.

We were staying for one night so we were unable to enjoy the various services of the establishment but we found the place very pleasant, wooded, calm, clean and the staff very welcoming.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay. Restaurant prices were a bit high considering the portion sizes. The bedding was too hard. The pool was very nice.

A haven of peace. A team that listens, thanks to Théo for his smile and availability and to the summer campers. 7 days and not a single meal is the same, that's truly rare.

We have come several times and have always been received with kindness, professionalism and sympathy from all the staff.

Great pool but not very warm when the weather is a little cool. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly owner. We will come back (Small downside, we hear a humming noise in room 30 due to the group fixed to the wall). We slept in another room with complete silence...

At the bend of our hike on the Tanargue mountain range, "Le chêne vert" welcomes us in a classy and refreshing setting! Once guided to our rooms, we find ourselves by the pool in a soothing musical atmosphere. Our hosts take great care to ensure our stay goes as well as possible. Drinks served at the water's edge, a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains, calm and well-being are natural and each resident respectfully enjoys this tranquility. The rooms are fresh and each has its charm. The discreet decoration of ours seduces us as much as it contributes to our rest. Back on the terrace, settled for our meal, we are pampered by impeccable service and transported by the flavors of the food and drinks we enjoy! What an evening! The musicians accompany this delicious moment with discretion, in harmony with this magical place... We form a group of 12 people and each of us is considered in our requests! Wow, what professionalism! This with a smile and a delicate humor... The night passes quietly in the comfort of the air-conditioned rooms. The breakfast is complete and delights everyone, according to their choices. We are unanimous about the quality of our lodging and the staff who welcomed us: Bravo! You were wonderful, thus contributing to our stay in your establishment going wonderfully. For the moment, we will be content to savor the memory, hoping to return very soon and with great pleasure to taste this wonder... Thank you.

A charming and peaceful hotel in a beautiful, bucolic location. A lovely pool with a view of nature. A relaxed atmosphere and friendly musical entertainment in the evening. A simple and very warm welcome. It feels good! A beautiful, spacious room for 4, with a small terrace by the pool. A decent buffet breakfast.

We had a great time there with our kids! Very welcoming staff, clean and well-appointed room; we would have liked to have a mini-bar in the room, to keep our drinks cool. Good restaurant, but a little pricey. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The setting is superb. The staff is superb. The evening meals are very good. The breakfast is very good for sweet items. The savory items are a little less so. The hotel could offer eggs other than scrambled eggs for a bit of variety. It's a shame the pool is closed in the evening. We would appreciate being able to swim after dinner, especially on hot summer evenings. The room we stayed in was clean, as was the bathroom.
