Stay at the beginning of October. Very calm environment, calming and very helpful staff, flexible, adaptable, welcoming... In short, I highly recommend it.

A true moment of happiness

The landscape is stunning, the food marvellous.
The Hotel is partly renovated (Bathrooms), I didn't enjoy the room to the street (bad light), maybe the other rooms with balcony are nicer.
The pool is nice, the Gym ok.
Breakfast was delicious, just the room seams a bit odd compared with the restaurant.
Dinner was very nice. Maybe a bit too expensive a la carte, but there is a half board option.

unfortunaly this option wasn't offered to me and I got wrong information about the check in hours, which was a bit unpleasant.
and I really don't like it if I'm blamed for mistakes of other people.

the general problem with French people meeting foreigners is also valid. I don't like stereotypes, but it's better to polish your school French and don't expect a very warm welcome. a professional welcome: yes, but not comparable to other countries.

well, I didn't notice anyone not from France except the very friendly waiter.

We were staying for one night so we were unable to enjoy the various services of the establishment but we found the place very pleasant, wooded, calm, clean and the staff very welcoming.

A haven of peace. A team that listens, thanks to Théo for his smile and availability and to the summer campers. 7 days and not a single meal is the same, that's truly rare.

We have come several times and have always been received with kindness, professionalism and sympathy from all the staff.

At the bend of our hike on the Tanargue mountain range, "Le chêne vert" welcomes us in a classy and refreshing setting! Once guided to our rooms, we find ourselves by the pool in a soothing musical atmosphere. Our hosts take great care to ensure our stay goes as well as possible. Drinks served at the water's edge, a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains, calm and well-being are natural and each resident respectfully enjoys this tranquility. The rooms are fresh and each has its charm. The discreet decoration of ours seduces us as much as it contributes to our rest. Back on the terrace, settled for our meal, we are pampered by impeccable service and transported by the flavors of the food and drinks we enjoy! What an evening! The musicians accompany this delicious moment with discretion, in harmony with this magical place... We form a group of 12 people and each of us is considered in our requests! Wow, what professionalism! This with a smile and a delicate humor... The night passes quietly in the comfort of the air-conditioned rooms. The breakfast is complete and delights everyone, according to their choices. We are unanimous about the quality of our lodging and the staff who welcomed us: Bravo! You were wonderful, thus contributing to our stay in your establishment going wonderfully. For the moment, we will be content to savor the memory, hoping to return very soon and with great pleasure to taste this wonder... Thank you.

A simple and very warm welcome. It feels good! A beautiful, spacious room for 4, with a small terrace by the pool. A decent buffet breakfast.

We had a great time there with our kids! Very welcoming staff, clean and well-appointed room; we would have liked to have a mini-bar in the room, to keep our drinks cool. Good restaurant, but a little pricey. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The setting is superb. The staff is superb. The evening meals are very good. The breakfast is very good for sweet items. The savory items are a little less so. The hotel could offer eggs other than scrambled eggs for a bit of variety. It's a shame the pool is closed in the evening. We would appreciate being able to swim after dinner, especially on hot summer evenings. The room we stayed in was clean, as was the bathroom.

A most pleasant stay, in a superb setting. The gardens are magnificent. The restaurant is perfectly adequate, and above all, everything is homemade. The staff took great care of us.

1 Night in pleasure offer on 09/28. When we arrived, the boss surprised us with this formula because the establishment closed in the evening when we had been told on October 15. The room was correct, clean with good bedding, nothing to say on that side. A very beautiful bar with vaults and friendly and welcoming staff. For the catering we were in formula fortunately because very high prices not justified. Very basic cuisine, a caillette cut in half as a starter and 3 small warm scallops with seaweed. A gratin of ravioli with porcini mushrooms which had only the name swimming in a sauce with green salad, a fillet of beef new potatoes which was served with mash!! Small but 35 € on the menu. Then a soft supposedly sublime by the waitress, we must not have the same way of seeing things. Looking at the dishes of the neighboring tables, everyone had the same garnish... Yes, we can claim to apply certain prices but we need the appropriate service because we come once but not twice. Then, the meal finished we had to proceed to payment, because we had to pay the day before following the absence of the bosses the next day.. Let's talk about breakfast, in all simplicity, 1 waitress who showed up from time to time, it was 29.09, all the butter had expired since 22.09 and to conclude, a 3-star establishment, you have to clear your tray like in the canteen on a trolley. We wonder about the classification of a tasty restaurant by the Logis de France.

We were very well received. However, for a 3 star we find the establishment average. We find the price very excessive for the services. Clean but simple room, the restaurant menu as well as the lunch are not up to the price. We think that improvements are to be made for a 3 star.

A beautiful place in a green setting with beautiful walks to do nearby. A very professional team, co-led by Sava in the kitchen for delicious meals and Nicolas at the reception and management ensuring that everyone feels good - at their side a very great kindness of the team, we feel like family. For meals and breakfasts we took them in the garden. With in addition a bucolic and charming concert during our stay.

A really charming hotel with a great restaurant. We stayed 2 nights and ate in the restaurant both nights. There was a good choice on the menu and the quality of the food was excellent.
We had our dog with us and she was allowed in the the room and the bar but not in the restaurant or breakfast room. One night we were able to eat outside but the next night it rained we had to leave her in the room although as we were eating later than most diners when we sat down at the table they said we could bring her and she stayed under the table while we ate.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and very natural place near the Monts d'Ardeche in a green oasis. The rooms are very good, very clean. The whole site is super pleasant, the swimming pool is cool and so beneficial. The welcome by the owners is super welcoming and all the staff very kind and attentive! The restaurant offers delicious and plentiful dishes and the half-board is really worth choosing. In fact ... there is no such thing as chance, there are only encounters!

The location of the hotel is ideal, an exceptional green setting, the rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned, the environment very calm, the swimming pool perfectly maintained, customers respectful of their neighbors, and a wonderful team, smiling and attentive throughout. knowing how to respect everyone's desire for tranquility... The restaurant menu is short but everything is homemade, a guarantee of quality and satisfaction! Arriving on a Saturday evening we were able to enjoy a beautiful musical evening organized in the hotel garden. We will have great pleasure in coming back for a few days of relaxation and great serenity.

A superb place, an infinity pool, rooms overlooking a dream landscape from the most pleasant, relaxed and smiling hosts, a remarkable service of attention and kindness. The elaborate cuisine is varied and sophisticated, the cook knows how to mix tastes, perfumes and spices. From time to time it offers a little detour towards Greek cuisine, with nuance. Never disappointed with what it offers. Dream stay.

Breakfast time slot 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. very strict! The breakfast manager is a real civil servant who clears the products before 10 a.m. and who treats her people with authority, forgetting that she is dealing with customers who pay quite a lot for the services offered after comparison with establishments of the same level

Good evening meal and good breakfast. The hotel itself is a little disappointing compared to other hotels at the same price. I rent a towel to go to the Spa and I am told that it is broken but I am still charged for the towel.. €2, it's a small amount but that's the principle. Also breakfast time from 8 a.m., too late when we offer business evenings and have a professional meeting at the same time! You have to ask when you arrive and prepare at least one coffee if you can't wait.

We spent 4 days at the hotel and we enjoyed it. The breakfasts are generous, and the evening meals are of high quality. The rooms are pleasant, the beds have great mattresses and offer a good night's sleep. The swimming pool is magnificent and heated. No problem parking.

Shower with cold water, the spa had a smell of mold therefore unusable, 3 bedbugs in the room, air conditioning noise all night despite the air conditioning being turned off. The spa weekend package indicated “treatment” and no treatment was possible. Disappointing for a superior room. A standard room was finally charged
