We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The welcome was very basic, we had no questions and were told that everything was on display! Disappointment with the breakfast, dirty tablecloth, very ordinary products and not presented, television with news (we prefer peace and quiet or soft music) ....
Hotel "too rustic" but adequate for an overnight stay. Disappointed at breakfast, no plates or forks and no one in the dining room "at that time." It happens, nothing serious.
Indifferent or even non-existent welcome, terrible breakfast, no invoice given upon departure... Unacceptable.

Large room, clean, good heating, excellent for everything including restaurant and breakfast.
Well located hotel for a tourist discovery of Le Puy. Closed parking in the immediate vicinity. Peace and quiet of the hotel. Possibility of catering on site. Friendly welcome.
Very good I stayed there one more day. I didn't know that they also had long term parking for hikers.
