Je tenais à vous adresser un retour suite à mon séjour chez vous. Tout d’abord, félicitations pour la qualité de vos prestations : le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de grande qualité, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et très bien entretenues, ce qui permet de profiter d’un séjour en toute sérénité.

Mais ce qui rend vraiment l’expérience unique, c’est votre équipe, et en particulier Mathilde. Son accueil, son énergie et sa présence bienveillante apportent une véritable valeur ajoutée. Elle a su rendre le séjour non seulement agréable, mais mémorable. Son naturel, son sourire et son professionnalisme créent une ambiance rare, qui donne envie de revenir sans hésitation.

Merci à toute l’équipe, et encore un immense bravo à Mathilde qui incarne parfaitement ce que l’on recherche dans un séjour hôtelier : de la qualité, de la chaleur humaine et une attention sincère portée aux clients.

Great hotel! 3rd visit and I will return. Rooms (and common areas) are spacious, bright and comfortable. Only small downside: only 1 choice of starter, main course and dessert in the evening stopover; although of good quality, the dishes are quite basic.

We were perfect. A top-notch welcome. Kindness, availability, efficiency: thank you so much! The restaurant wasn't open yet, but they prepared our evening meals and made them available in our apartment... with something to enjoy as an aperitif!! And a great breakfast in the morning. We had chosen an apartment rather than rooms: very well equipped, very comfortable, very functional. The only thing missing was something to hang the towels on. Otherwise, for 5 people it was perfect.

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel, spacious room. Lack of decoration on the walls of the room. A little disappointed by the evening meal (stopover): only one menu (no choice) and only mash to accompany the piece of beef ... at least a vegetable in addition would have been appreciated. BE CAREFUL about parking: I had parked on the square, at the end of the street; but there was the market the next morning: I almost got fined by the police. Fortunately they were understanding. It would be good, on the part of the hotel, to alert and recommend suitable parking spaces, given that the hotel does not have a car park.

Magnificent hotel, beautiful decoration, excellent meals and breakfast with good regional products, clean and very well equipped room, everything is well thought out so that you are in comfort and calm. Excellent service!!! (Apart from the boss, if he were tempted, who says hello to everyone except you, maybe the stopover evening is not to his taste)

Very nice hotel at the foot of the Aubrac. We were delighted with our stay.

We had a great stay, the room was perfect (we were upgraded to an apartment), the dinner very good and the breakfast magnificent. The hotel has been very well renovated with taste, everything is remarkably clean. In addition, all the staff is very nice. In short, everything was perfect! We will come back with pleasure!

An excellent discovery during a 3-night stay. Perfect welcome, very clean apartment, brand new, very well laid out, comfortable and pleasant. Everyone is very attentive. The restaurant is really excellent, both for "simple" dishes with a melting entrecôte and for more "complex" dishes, with local products from selected producers. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. All this, in addition to the region! Makes you want to come back.

Perfect! We only stayed one night this time but we will come back with great pleasure. The restaurant is very good for dinner even if that evening, the kitchen team was not complete, we had a long wait. We did not try the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, chic, modern, comfortable

The memory of the very good meals remains vivid and we look forward to returning. We had a very pleasant stay discovering this part of Aveyron that we did not know and which enchanted us. Thank you also for all the advice on visits and activities shared at breakfast time: they were perfect!
