We were disappointed by this hotel restaurant. We felt like we were in a ghost hotel. We were not able to dine in the restaurant, having been informed at 5 p.m. by the hotel that it was closed even though I had booked for about two weeks, so it was not easy to find something to eat on a Sunday evening. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, the floor with hair, full of sheep under the beds and in the four bed drawers. Towels were missing in the bathroom. Things had not been done properly. Perhaps a lack of staff, but the customer should not feel these things. It's a shame because it is a beautiful building but it lacks enthusiasm. That's our feeling.
