No one at reception. QR code received by email for entry. This isn't what I expect from a Logis Hotel. The restaurant menu is very limited, apart from pizzas; this is not what is indicated in the description on your website.

Friendly welcome, nice and clean accommodation, pleasant view of the Seine, very good food. I recommend it.

No drain in the shower, so an unpleasant smell in the bedroom...

Hello, a large room with two twin beds? Breakfast without ham and cheese? We'd have to see the cobwebs on the exterior windows overlooking the Seine. I have 25 years of experience traveling.

The hotel's reception could be improved. The QR code system didn't bother us per se, but the lobby felt more like a storage room. Your establishment deserves a cozier, more welcoming entrance. The view is lovely! It's a shame that the terrace overlooks the truck storage area... In conclusion, we found the staff quite friendly, but the place seems a bit neglected, especially the exterior and common areas.

No QR code to access the branch, we waited 40 minutes to get to our room at 2 a.m. (end of a wedding). A suspicious liquid in the sheets! And cold water in the shower. A deplorable experience.

Very nice hotel with many on-site amenities: restaurant, snack bar, bakery/pastry shop, grocery store. Very pleasant view of the Seine.

Well located, on the banks of the Seine, parking, beautiful room, well insulated, quiet, very good breakfast (ordered with the room). Very pleasant staff.

The room was pleasant and comfortable, the only downside being the noise from the bakery's kitchen in the middle of the night.

My wife and I spent a night at the Logis Hôtel La Ruche on Saturday, April 25th. It's a good base for visiting Giverny, Vernon, and the surrounding area. Its biggest asset is the view of the Seine: on a clear day, it's truly magnificent. The hotel also has a terrace where you can have lunch and dinner until 9 pm. The food is more of a snack/pizza type offering than fine dining, but it's decent and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast, included with the room, is more than adequate. Another convenient feature: there's a bakery-pastry shop attached to the hotel. It's open late (until 9 pm) and even on Sundays. There's quite a bit of foot traffic. The products are local, although some are a little pricey. As for the hotel itself, there's no reception, which can be surprising at first: no one greets you. Access is via the Sesame app (main entrance and room door). The system works quite well, and it avoids having to ask for staff, who are then divided between the restaurant and housekeeping. Ultimately, it's quite convenient. And the staff remains charming and available should you have any questions or need anything. The area around the main road isn't particularly attractive, and it's not necessarily a hotel you'd spontaneously stop at. But once you're settled in—in the restaurant, on the terrace by the water, or in the room above—you quickly understand its appeal. The hotel is located about 12 km from Giverny and 16 km from Vernon. For a reasonable price, the stay is worthwhile. The region is also suitable for cycling, even if you have to contend with quite a bit of traffic on the main roads (there are also a few greenways). In the end, we were very happy with this weekend in the countryside.

It's a shame there was a burnt-out lightbulb in the bathroom and the shower soap holder was broken. Breakfast was quite good, the service was a bit slow, and we were served an espresso, which wasn't quite enough to dip our toast in...
