Disappointing stay at this hotel. Only positive point: being at the bottom of the slopes. Execrable value for money. €99 excluding breakfast for a very basic room: a bed, a TV, a closet, a bathroom with a shower but no soap in the sink, toilet seat that shifts, toilet bowl not fixed to the floor, non-functional roller shutter with missing switch but exposed wires. We told the manager as we were leaving, her only response was to say she already knew. No discount, no excuses. There were other rooms available but we were still put in this one without warning us of the problem beforehand. Regarding the breakfast, the price is 10€ per person not included in the price of the room of 99€ already very high for the quality. At breakfast: 2 slices of white bread per person, 2 mini frozen pains au chocolat per person, a juice and a coffee, all for 10€. It's excessive. As soon as it comes to paying or mentioning a problem, the manager no longer has any regard for the customer, whereas she was pleasant before. In short, we feel a little too much that the hotel/restaurant does not need us to work and that this opinion will have no impact on management. That's a shame.

The welcome and cheerfulness of the owner and her staff... The Savoyard chalet atmosphere! The restaurant located on the 1st floor, offers hearty dishes, of very good quality. In the evening, the bar atmosphere is very nice.
Catastrophic experience! To strongly advise against! Reservation made via the site and confirmed by email. According to the site's recommendation, we called several times to specify our arrival time in the evening, without ever having an answer, the ns landline phone returns to a mobile phone, which ns phone calls to the landline, in short, when we arrive, someone deigns finally answering us with a very special and rather unpleasant sense of welcome to tell us that the hotel is closed!!! No sense of hospitality… It's up to us to manage at 10:30 p.m.!! George R.

Room n 7 is very pleasant with its small terrace and the view of the village.
How to justify the price of 95€ for a completely ordinary double room? We have stayed in many Logis hotels, we have never paid so much for a room that was ultimately very basic.

Attention, no private parking in winter! Too bad, I chose my hotels based on the presence of a private car park, I would have liked to be aware that there were none at this time of year, my choice would have been for another establishment ! The rest went very well, other than that, I recommend.
