A very nice hotel with a few minor things to do to make it perfect.
I would give it more but we had a very disappointing first night meal . On the Saturday evening we went down at 7.30 for a meal but had to wait for over an hour before any food arrived. After a long drive we were very upset. Several people arrived at the same time and had to wait as well as us but it was annoying that another couple and a group of three were served promptly. The couple had arrived just after us and were on their dessert and coffee when we first received some food! (I guess regular customers but that is no excuse) Bad service - not enough staff.
Cat was nice, came and checked up on guests.
We were staying 3 nights but it put us off eating there again, shame as food was Ok when it arrived . Room and breakfast was fine .
One issue concerned our two evening meals. The meals themselves were excellent, however, we were bothered by flies—not common flies, but bluebottle flies, meaning the kind that lay eggs. One fell into my wife's glass, and several landed on our food. It was truly unpleasant for a hotel of this category. (I managed to kill about ten of them.) Perhaps your guests would also appreciate more local products for breakfast.
It's such a shame to have to relegate loyal business travelers to the old building and reserve the rooms in the new building for occasional visitors. I can understand the rationale behind this arrangement, but you must be very happy to have us throughout the year, as I personally only stay with you two or three times a year. Corinne was particularly attentive and listened carefully to my requests. Unfortunately, everything was booked! When booking through your website, professional honesty would dictate informing customers of their room at a specific time and place! The best photos on your website are of your best rooms…of course! It's disappointing, but I'll learn from this experience. I have to mention the following in no particular order: - the musty smell in the room and the wardrobe - dust on the floor - the towel rack in the bathroom that no longer stays in place - very low water pressure at the bathtub faucet. What saves the establishment in such a situation is the excellent quality of the food.

Spacious room with a small terrace. Excellent.
A very pleasant stay, the staff were very professional and the decor was lovely. The only slight drawback was the double curtain which served no purpose, and the lack of a desk as the one provided was wedged between the bed and the ceiling.
Beautiful and quiet hotel, beautiful garden. The room we stayed in was large and spacious.

Pleasant week of relaxation with half-board
Quiet, air-conditioned hotel close to Sarlat.
Very pleasant, high-quality hotel. Location as described. Pleasant but impersonal welcome: no escort to the room, and at the end of the stay, no questioning of the satisfied guest. Gate not working, so parking unsecured. Finally, towels not replaced - no more CSR, but the "no cost" should be shared by both parties.
Very pleasant staff, delicious restaurant, very clean and well-equipped room. Very nice setting. I recommend it.
Accommodation spotlessly clean and well provisioned. Restaurant food absolurely excellent. Whole site is beautiful.

A hotel worth the detour. Welcomed by a warm and friendly team we spent a very nice evening, the dinner was very good. On the next trip to the region we will come back.

A very nice hotel. The accommodation was very good and the food was excellent. It had gardens and a pleasant environment with an outside sitting area and swimming pool. It wasn't far from the centre of Sarlat, but we did not have time to visit as we were only stopping over night.

A room rate in my opinion, a little too high for the services, 175 euros per night. For being a regular of the Logis franchise, the quality/price ratio is closer to 90 to 100 euros. The half-board formula has, for its part, a good quality/price ratio.

Comfortable, well-designed rooms in new addition to this hotel slightly out of Sarlat town centre. Disappointing service in the restaurant although food correct. Arrival and departure service also perfunctory but I suppose it is the end of the season and they are fed up with tourists!

The bedding is average, the pillow is not great and the air conditioning is too noisy. Proposal to provide customers with freezers to put ice packs in to bring back regional products in good condition.
Quality establishment, warm and professional welcome, most pleasant swimming pool and very gourmet restaurant. All this in a beautiful setting, far from the tourist frenzy of the City Center. Our traditional room was comfortable with a charming little terrace. (It may have lacked a mini-fridge). In short, a very pleasant stay with a small disappointment: our Connect holiday vouchers were not honored.
