Je suis arrivé et la chambre était froide pas de chauffage en hiver il faut le client le branche. En plus la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionne pas même après avoir fait changer les piles .

Reception perfunctory. Staff not wearing mask. Handled credit card without wiping and returned it unwiped. Never once said welcome or smiled.
Bar and restaurant staff by contrast were very pleasant and always wore masks and did their best to maintain social distance.
Lobby area near pool atmosphere clouded in cigarette smoke. While this area is open on one side it is otherwise enclosed.
Room had one dressing gown available in a room that could have accommodated 4 people. No shampoo available around bath. Soap dispensers in shower and basins fixed to wall therefore not changed between clients; can we be sure these are adequately cleaned and sterilised between each visitor?
Bed a bit on the soft side for our liking. Very limited selection in minibar.
Spacing between tables in breakfast room poor under current circumstances. It was fine when there were few people present but the place rapidly filled up.

Pour mes déplacements professionnels sur Perpignan, je séjourne à l'hôtel la Fauceille. Il est facile d'accès et dispose d'un parking.
La qualité de l'accueil, des chambres et de la restauration font que je reviens à chaque fois.

J'avais notifié suivre un régime sans gluten lors de la réservation et cela n'a pas été pris en compte. L'équipe du restaurant a improvisé pour la soirée étape mais je n'ai pas eu droit à un petit déjeuner le lendemain matin, sans aucune excuse du personnel (l'erreur humaine reste toujours possible). Pour un hôtel 4* j'ai été déçue de la salle de bain, où on ne trouve aucun accessoire, juste le savon en distributeur. J'attendais plus d'un hôtel 4*

We hebben via de Logis app gereserveerd voor 100 euro voor de overnachting en moesten 208,80 euro betalen zonder dat we een rekening te zien kregen. De rekening zou ons per mail worden toegezonden. We zijn nu thuis en er is nog steeds geen mail met de specificatie van de rekening ontvangen. Hierover zijn we zeer ontstemd.

La présentation de l'hôtel sur une box cadeau m'avait séduite. Je fus très surprise à l'arrivée. La chambre "supérieure" assez ordinaire mais bénéficiant d'une terrasse donnant sur la piscine c'est plutôt bien sauf que en bordure d'une route très fréquentée quasi impossible d'en profiter à cause du bruit et ne parlons pas de rester la fenêtre ouverte. Le diner était bon. Toutefois le prix de la formule découverte est un peu exagéré. Le petit déjeuner annoncé "buffet" était plutôt décevant. Très peu de choix. En chaud il était proposé des œufs brouillé mais il n'y en avait plus. Je me suis rabattue sur un œuf à la coque mais malgré le temps de cuisson suggéré de 7 mn, que j'ai augmenté de 2 mn, l'œuf n'était pas cuit du tout. Tout juste chaud. Sinon le personnel est très sympathique et au petits soins. Il faudrait revoir et améliorer certains points pour que tout soit plus que correct

Problème avec la télévision. Le veilleur de nuit nous réveille à 1h du matin ( il se trompe de chambre) petit déjeuner uniquement sucré ( nous avons demandé un peu de fromage ou jambon au lieu de sucré mais réponse on n à pas. C est la troisième ou quatrième fois que je me rends dans cette hotel avant ok c est pour cela que je reviens mais cette dernière non. Bien à vous
