I highly recommend this well-located hotel, perfect for a business trip to Perpignan. The welcome was friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the TV screen, which is too small. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is very good, with fresh and varied products. Excellent value for money.
Dirty office and very noisy refrigerator. I was warned when I left, but there was no reaction. "It'll stay like this!"
Only one thing needs addressing: the aging furniture in the rooms

It's not the hotel's fault, but my neighbors in room 115, a young couple, were making noise, talking loudly, even more so, until 4:00 AM. I got up at 6:00 AM, so you can imagine!
Not worth 4 stars anymore. The room was depressing. Hard bed where you could feel the springs. Tiny TV. Small bathroom, poor quality towels. Spa clearly out of order for a while. Broken treadmill. What was good: the welcome from all the staff. The breakfast, the pillows, the coffee machine in the room.
The receptionist was very attentive and professional. I arrived at 8 pm despite the restaurant being busy, and she took the time to assist me, took my meal order, and even came to my room to bring it to me... Perfect!
Everything perfect
The hotel is very good, the breakfast too. The welcome is perfect, the service very friendly (the 2 people in the evening and the two people in the morning). But I am disappointed with the restaurant. I would like to point out that I sleep between 3 and 4 times a week in hotels (preferably lodgings). The first day, the starter is "quiche", I end up with a quiche that is certainly frozen, if it is not the case it is worse, 5cm diameter 2mm of dough 2mm of mixture, very hard and a maxi salad full of white sauce (not homemade). The main course of choice: sautéed veal (ok) (or fish), dessert. The next day starter "squid Roman style" (also frozen, but I can understand) 4 slices (it's not much) in the same maxi salad, with the same sauce. The main course is the same as the day before (same fish too). 2 stopover evenings, 2 times the same menu, really not great. The quantity is no problem, there is what you need. But don't call it a "gourmet restaurant". The evening stopover is €114, put €2 more, make a real quiche, (it really costs nothing), make another dish suggestion. I had already been there and I remembered a disappointing meal, but I put that down to the error (so no opinion). I think it should be pointed out, I have eaten better in "local" hotels/restaurants

Bathroom in need of renovation
We came to Perpignan for the Visa pour l'Image festival. We chose this hotel because of its affiliation with Logishôtel, which we particularly appreciated. We received a very warm welcome, and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. One comment, however, concerns the bathroom. A walk-in shower would be much more comfortable, even more accessible, than a bathtub. This won't stop us from returning.
Regular visit every year for Visa in September. This year the breakfast is very expensive, but much better than before. The rooms have improved. The pool was closed for algae contamination. Not a good sign for the maintenance team.
The only one was the hardness of the pillows

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very good experience. The reception staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is excellent, and overall, it's a good value. I would recommend it for future stays.

When we arrived at the hotel, our room hadn't been made up and we had to change it. We were missing bath towels, the room didn't match the photos on the website, and €17 for a breakfast that left something to be desired.
Mixed experience here. The lady who welcomed us was brilliant and made us very welcome indeed. In contrast the lady who checked us out should never go anywhere near hospitality. Aggressive, abrasive and downright rude. On the previous day I had phoned to check that the restaurant was indeed closed that evening and could she recommend somewhere to eat that night. Her words ‘I can’t help you’ and then slammed the phone down. We shan’t return if she is still there.
The hotel overall is quite good but it is a bit tired in the bedrooms. Not bad though.

DISAPPOINTMENT FOR A 4* HOTEL
Very convenient for a trip to Perpignan. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast, but if you arrive among the last (and even before the end of the service), unavailable products are not renewed (arrival at 9 a.m. for a service end at 10 a.m.). Too bad!
The evening meal is very simple. And no wine by the glass or in a box.
Good stay overall, nice welcoming, the hotel has a bit too dark interior, outdated, did'nt smell fresh, good bathroom, and everything worked as it should. At night some idiots with noisy cars which wike us every night, good breakfast with all you can imagine..

Well located, equipped, pleasant and very professional in all aspects, it's always a pleasure to come, warm and pleasant, We eat well, sleep well, everything is well laid out, there is space, very well equipped, A pleasure to come back every time
Very good service overall. Extra value for money, I think my wife and I can rate it. After a trip to 12 countries across Europe and after having stayed only in hotels, we have a little experience of judgment.

Waited 20 mins for our drinks and had to ask again for them. Air con not working in room and receptionist said hotel temperature is what it is despite the instructions in the room stating if air con not working it can be controlled by the reception team. Hotel dark with so many lights not on. Seating areas so dark and no bulbs in lamps.

Las camas incomodísimas. Se clavaban muchísimo los muelles, de hecho los podías tocar solo con con acariciar el colchón. El hotel super oscuro, la terraza estaba bien, pero al dar a la carretera se escuchaba mucho el tráfico. La habitación nada insonorizada se escuchaban los de la habitación de al lado muchísimo. También encontramos hormigas al lado de la cafetera y la nevera perdia agua. También olia muchísimo a polvo. Por decir algo bueno. La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado y el baño estaba separado pero bien. También tenia una cafetera que es un plus.
Una de las chicas de la recepción hablaba español y fue amable.

We stay here for the 3th year, both on the way to Spain to our holiday adress and on the way back to Holland. The swimmingpool is good, and also the beds and airconditioning. We surely recommend this hotel for a stay (-over). And nearby the highway.
Zeer tevreden. Voldoende parking (+ auto kunnen laden). Vriendelijk ontvangst. Propere kamers. Zachte bedden en goede airco. Restaurant was voor ons redelijk beperkte keuze maar wel lekker. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer ruim, veel keuze en lekker. Zwembad is lekker verfrissend en proper. We verbleven er kort (doortocht Spanje) maar raden dit hotel zeker aan.

Nette kamer en volgens afspraak was ook onze hond er welkom. We hebben zelfs een speciaal plekje in het restaurant mogen gebruiken zodat onze Labrador Retriever naast ons kon liggen terwijl wij van een lekker diner genoten.
