Les équipes ont été super, très sympathiques.
La chambre (pour 4) était spacieuse mais très sombre car la fenêtre était petite et sans aucune vue. La literie était très bonne et l’hôtel très calme. La chambre était propre mais plutôt un peu vieilotte. Les parties rénovées de l’hôtel sont très réussies.

Chambre bruyante donnant sur un carrefour avec volets défectueux et salle de douche non seulement minuscule mais même pas équipée de mitigeurs ni de prise pour le sèche-cheveux. Enfin suite à une météo exceptionnelle (tempête de neige ) ne pouvant pas profiter du plateau des Glières où nous avions prévu des activités car la route n'était pas dégagée apriori un 1 avril le déneigement et le salage sont allégés.! Nous avons demandé à libéré la chambre à 11h00 le samedi après 1 nuit sur les 3 nuits réservées et malgré le fait de prendre en compte le coût de réservation il nous a été facturé les 3 nuits sous le prétexte d'avoir bloqué une réservation mais nous étions les seuls dans cet hôtel . Impossible de dialoguer avec le patron qui n'a pas pris la peine de venir s'expliquer.

très bel hôtel très bien situé à coté du plateau des Glières , accueil parfait et chambre également. L'hôtel possède un restaurant ce qui est très pratique avec les enfants et le repas fut très bon. bref super séjour

Arrivés un samedi à 17 h, établissement fermé, avons dû téléphoner 2 fois pour obtenir le code d'entrée et le numéro de la chambre, personne pour nous accueillir ! au départ, c'est la femme de chambre (très aimable et pplyvalente !) qui a reçu le réglement !
