A delightful small auberge with very good food, excellent service and good rooms. Friendly welcome, convenient parking and of course close to the Chanell Tunnel and ports.
If you struggle with stairs then be warned to check ahead as the staircase to the bedroom is fairly steep.

Clean, quiet and within easy reach of the Calais docks and the shuttle terminal. I have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied - although I do regard it more as a restaurant with a few bedrooms attached. My one criticism has always been that as somewhere that (from my observations) seems to get the vast bulk of its hotel custom from overnight stays they could make breakfast available a little earlier for those who wish or need to leave early the next day - not that it bothered me this time but I have in the past had to leave breakfast-less.

Bathroom could do with refurbishment and a toilet roll holder. The WiFi signal was very poor and most of the time I couldn't get it to hold the connection in the room, it worked intermittently in the corridor outside the room. The dinner was very good.

This Auberge is the 2nd worst place I’ve ever stayed, 2nd to La Sole Meunière which formerly was Logis in Calais. The smell in hotel when we arrived was disgusting, we almost left. The bedroom had non-ironed and torn pillow slips & at dinner we had to cover our drinks with paper so to keep the swarms of fruit flies out. Never ever again.

Superb cuisine at a great price. Rooms are small and average but a great restaurant with with value for money. Menus are 21 Euro or 35 Euro or a la cart. Great value for money.A very nice dining experience. Highly recommended.

For an establishment that relies almost exclusively on overnight stays for people arriving in or leaving France I think more consideration could be given to an earlier breakfast for those wishing to catch an early ferry or leave early to make good progress further South. I would add that I have used this hotel many time and would not have done so if I was not fully satisfied with it.

The staff were friendly and the food was good, but the room and the bed were dreadful. It was a single room with a double bed squeezed in. Bedding was poor, towels positively awful. Thankfully we were only there for one night.
