Very pleasant stopover, excellent restaurant.
The hotel was comfortable and the views are fabulous. The restaurant was a little disappointing, However there is another restaurant in the cellar, Le Petit Blanc, where the atmosphere and food were excellent. The decor in our room wasn't to our taste but some would love it. Loved the carpet in the corridor!
Excellent welcome, hotel with great amenities and ideal location for reaching Therma Salina. Everything was perfect.
The hygiene is limited. We found a clipped nail on the floor next to our bed, a hair on the table and on the bathroom floor. I don't know how the cleaning is done between two guests, but it leaves something to be desired. Otherwise, it was okay.
Very good, comfortable hotel in the city center, perfect for visiting Salins les Bains or going to the thermal baths.
Old hotel, reasonable 3 Star, generally ok, but € 200 / Night without breakfast is much to expensive !!!
Un Sunday we want to have lunch in the restaurant on 13.20 and they told us we are too late, they will not take any new orders for food anymore - poor service
Very disappointing. First offered room smelled like the sewer. First told there were no other rooms, but miraculously another room was available. Second room had black hairs on the pillow case. We booked breakfast the night before, but due to circumstances beyond our control were unable to wait until it opened this morning. Told in no uncertain terms that it was impossible to refund the cost for breakfast. Since we couldn’t wait, we left out the cost of two breakfasts. If offered a free stay at this hotel, we would not take the offer. Definitely find somewhere else.

High price for a small room... Difficult access via several stairs. No alternative to pastries and bread for breakfast, for a gluten-free diet (€15 is expensive for an egg and yogurt!)

Mattress quality and small room and overheating
The staff were welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable about the local are . The receptionist ( and sorry I have forgotten her name) was so kind and gave a warm welcome. Nothing was too much and she explained everything fully. Please thank her

Very nice establishment where we spent a pleasant and relaxing stay. Well located in the city. On the other hand, it is a shame that the lawns and the breakfast room are forbidden to dogs. Only one dog per room. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good, offers refined cuisine and is very dog friendly.
A lovely place in Jura, where You can enjoy the excellent food and quality of wine and of course the deliceous. cheese.

The hotel is showing its age and the breakfast was mediocre. The location is great and the reception was very friendly.
The room is generally of good quality. There are no sockets for plugging in electrical appliances and in the bathroom there is no socket for an electric toothbrush. The quality of the hair dryer is basic. Very basic breakfast (equivalent to an Ibis budget)

A nice surprise
Good address in Salins les Bains. Clean hotel, recently renovated, comfortable bedding, friendly & helpful staff. Ideally located in the city center, a stone's throw from the salt pans and thermal baths. Top gourmet restaurant. Small downsides: - insulation/heating a little tight in winter - disappointing breakfast buffet: fairly limited choice (where did the French baguette go?), industrial products. We would have really liked more local products (apart from yogurt & cheese).
The welcome is not what one expects from a hotel like this. No empathy, no smile When we mention the lack of heating in the bathroom, the reception takes note without a word of apology. Not sure I'll come back
