Tastefully renovated hotel, charming staff and manager. Great breakfast. I recommend it.
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Personen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und vor allem mit guten Betten/ Matratzen ausgestattet. Ohne Probleme konnten wir Halbpension vor Ort buchen. Auch auf spezielle Ernährungsprobleme wurde perfekt eingegangen.
Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.
Die zuvor reservierten Parkplätze waren in einer Garage. Unsere 11 Fahrräder könnten wir ebenfalls in einer Garage abstellen.

A wonderful and very friendly team, attentive to their guests. We opted for half-board and dinner was perfect: simple yet delicious. The decor is magnificent. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully renovated.

We received a very warm welcome from the owners, Fabio and Manu, who are incredibly attentive to their guests. The hotel has recently been renovated, particularly the main lobby and the restaurant. The space is very stylish, warm, and inviting: a remarkable job has been done. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and everything was delicious. A big thank you to Patrick, the waiter, who was very helpful, efficient, and offered excellent wine recommendations to complement our meal. The rooms are spacious and beautifully renovated, making for a very pleasant stay. The Grand Hôtel de Lyon in Vals-les-Bains also boasts an ideal location: just 50 meters from the thermal baths and a 3-minute walk from the casino and the town center. We will gladly return without hesitation, probably this summer. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

It's a shame the pool is so small. It's taken over by groups of people; that doesn't leave any room for others. The rooms were missing an extra pillow. Especially when you want to watch TV in bed! I would have appreciated a small kettle and welcome herbal tea... in the room.

We go there every year to see family. On Thursdays in July and August, there is a party in the street, preferred the forest side for the room. The welcome is very professional. The only downside is the parking, there are only 5 or 6 spaces possible in their closed parking lot.

The rooms are out of step with the rest of the hotel. It seems like all the decorating efforts were put into the common areas and the rooms were forgotten. The room was quite noisy. Apparently a refrigerator? But all night long... starting at 7 a.m., the doors slamming in the hallway.

Hotel restaurant near the thermal baths, pleasant setting where you will feel good, warm and professional welcome, the team does everything to meet your requests, the air-conditioned and comfortable rooms, quality bedding, impeccable bed linen, as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilets, this establishment allows you to feel very relaxed and in particular its swimming pool which is very appreciable in these times of heatwave.
