Good place to stay for the Verdon Gorges
We were traveling by motorcycle, and the hotel is centrally located near the Verdon and Provence Vert, and the Route de Napoleon is also not far away. It has excellent cuisine, good value for money, and friendly hosts. What more could you want? I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Bain.

A charming hotel in a very pleasant village. The food is also very satisfying and the staff is committed to pleasing their customers.
The room was clean, but there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the TV didn't work. Otherwise, the staff was welcoming and friendly.
Charming hotel in stunning countryside. Our room was on the road side and it was a little noisy and the church bell rang all night!

Perfect for a getaway in the Haut Var
This was our second time staying at the hotel. It had a great location at the Grand Canyon. A beautiful historic hotel, friendly staff, and a very good room. Motorcycles could be parked in the garage. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, as expected.

Friendly welcome, excellent food and room was cool enough without aircon in heatwave. The hotel is 300 years old so it’s had a hard life but got loads of character. Loved our stay there.
Excellent base for visiting the Verdon Gorges
A classic French village hotel. Simple straightforward welcome. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as we had prior arrangements elsewhere (a picnic at Bargème) but the menu and cooking smells were very promising. Good breakfast, comfortable and clean room.
Having set off on a five-day motorcycle road trip, this hotel-restaurant easily won the top spot on the podium, both for the quality of the bedding, the quality of the home cooking, the warm welcome filled with kindness, the kindness of all the staff who remain attentive to our needs. It's a perfect, calm and authentic place. I loved it.
