Excellent stay again. We have stayed here four times and service, staff, food and facilities are amazing.

A lovely, friendly hotel, perfectly positioned for the village centre. Great for families.

This hotel is fine with nice and adequate facilities. However, for the amount they are charging (even during this holiday period), there were notable things lacking. First, at this price, you should perhaps offer some toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) - there were none. Perhaps an in-room coffee maker would be a nice touch. And the biggest issue in our opinion was CHARGING US for the use of pool towels. This is frankly inexcusable. We are already paying ridiculously high prices, and you find it necessary to charge 2.50 eur each for the use of pool towels?? This is ridiculous and here you are really squeezing people for every last penny. In fact, we were asking if you had these TO BE NICE so that we didn't take the room towels to places they were not supposed to be. But then to be charged...this is not right. You should change this. It's really low class/low budget.

Cannot be faulted. Very welcoming staff in particular, but all aspects of the stay were either good or excellent.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The pool, the restaurant, the bar, and above all, the hosts.

We enjoyed Gai Soleil's great location, family friendly facilities and onsite ski room, however our room was noisy, lacked self-catering basics and only came with 2 towels for four guests.

Very comfortable family run hotel. Rooms were cosy, warm and clean. The staff were very helpful. And lifts to the skiing were a short walk away. Good facilities too, swimming pool, hot tub, bar and games room.

We had a fantastic stay over the New Year period with our young children. Fab staff, excellent food, great facilities and ideal location in the town where you can walk to everything.

Friendly welcome. Good level of comfort. Tastefully decorated room. Beautiful pool. We had an excellent stay.

Stay met our expectations.

Cleanliness is limited. The jacuzzi is always taken up by children playing in it. Really a shame because we had really hoped to enjoy it.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly welcome and top-notch staff! Well located near the center of Samoëns. Excellent food and a very generous and varied breakfast.

The spaces are well laid out, the swimming pool and the park are a treat. The only downside is that the bunk beds are a bit small.

Second stay, always so well received, pleasant staff, impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, impeccable restaurant. See you next time!

A pleasant stay in an equally pleasant location. Personally, I would have appreciated locally produced yogurts for breakfast. And a few improvements to the bathroom: more light above the sink and a walk-in shower. Regardless, I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The pool and sunbathing areas in the garden are lovely.

A magical place where you are given a genuine welcome and service is authentic and excellent.

A very welcoming hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner were very generous and delicious. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The best part was the heated pool and jacuzzi, located in a beautiful park. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel is more than perfect, nothing to complain about, the owners were very welcoming, the staff were excellent, the room was luxurious, the breakfasts were huge, and the restaurant was excellent. I've looked everywhere, but I can't find anything to complain about.
