We stayed in a very lovely, well-equipped suite. The choice of colors and materials is perfect, the atmosphere is relaxing, nothing is lacking, and the bedding is of excellent quality. The hotel staff are friendly and discreet.

A wonderful place in a small village in the Vosges mountains. The restaurant is warm and inviting; from the moment you enter, you feel right at home. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and professional, always with a smile. The tasting menu is original and exquisite, with each dish well-described. The sommelier knows his cellar and offers excellent advice. An exceptional evening! You were my favorite place on my last visit, and this time, to make the most of it, we booked a room. The hotel has been renovated with great taste; the room was very pleasant, well-designed, and very quiet. Thank you for this delightful escape. See you soon!

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Frankenbourg. The restaurant, the chef, the sommelier, the restaurant manager, and the entire team are friendly and very welcoming. The food is excellent, and the wines are perfectly selected. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast is freshly prepared with select, high-quality ingredients. We look forward to every visit.

A truly wonderful hotel with an excellent restaurant. The "airy" sliding doors to the toilet and shower are unfortunately not ideal. There could also be more storage space/cabinets.

Very nice, quiet hotel, superior room 12 with a sophisticated design. The bedding is more than average and should be changed so that you no longer feel like you're sleeping in a toilet. No welcome upon arrival, even if you let us know in advance, because it's a public holiday? That's surprising! Breakfast was okay, nothing special, with very professional and attentive staff... thank you. The restaurant definitely deserves its star... well done!
