Excellent food quality in the restaurant,wide range of options available even for my fussy wife,breakfast was what you expect in France ,freshly squeezed orange juice was superb although there were no eggs.We booked a traditional room and you got what you paid for,no aircon but there was a fan and tv,it was let down by a tired bathroom that would be improved by a clean and paint.I would definitely stay here again just not in this room.Secure parking is available free of charge.

Perfect for a one-night stopover in the heart of the village of Espelette. Typical establishment, very friendly welcome, comfortable, spacious and very clean room, access to the swimming pool, and breakfast with very good products. I highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel in lovely village. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and big. Had an evening meal and breakfast, both very good.

Everything was perfect, but the breakfast could have been a little more varied, for example scrambled eggs and bacon,...

The hotel itself is magnificent. It’s beautiful well positioned and very welcoming.

Although comfortable airco missing and in a such hot region this is a necessity but what was a bit disappointing was the bed very uncomfortable sinking in the middle causing an uncomfortable sleeping experience!

We loved being right in the heart of the village of Espelette, in a typical regional building with all the comforts we needed for our stay. The restaurant serves delicious traditional dishes and a generous breakfast.

All very good except that my room was up two flights of stairs and the stairs were challenging for someone of my age (78). Next time I will specify that I want a room accessible by lift.

Ideally located in Espelette, a family establishment for 5 generations that knows how to mix local tradition and sincerity. Honestly, we spent three days, two dinners and three breakfasts. Extra. Keep it up, it's so good.

I found the hotel charming, but the receptionist was a bit cold and distant. We chose this hotel to celebrate my father's 60th birthday, and he didn't even receive a simple "happy birthday" from the receptionist.

We were very disappointed by our stay except for the fabulous meal we had in the restaurant The only thing we liked about the hotel was the restaurant where we had a fabulous dinner and where the waiters were very friendly and polite The overall cleanliness was very poor and the decor of the hotel is very tired and dated The cleanliness of our bedroom was very poor with dust and cobwebs in the corners, filthy stains around the switches and door handles, filthy calcium covered shower glass and shower taps. The cleanliness of the public ares and especially the lift was also very poor

Staff very friendly sorry the restaurant was closed, but that was clear on the site Two things: not every room had access to elevator. My knee was hurt,I especially searched for a hotel with elevator, but for our room was no elevator. And the other thing, small bedlights would be much nicer.vthere was just a huge main light, no reading lights. But hotel is really nice, village is lovely and staff very friendly

We were very satisfied with our stay, as much by the kindness and attention of the people we met, as by the professionalism. Our room was calm and quiet; at the restaurant (where we dined 3 times), we enjoyed typical Basque dishes, excellent and plentiful. We also appreciated the kindness and advice of the waiters.

An address that we would like to keep for ourselves: everything is perfect both in terms of accommodation and the restaurant, with charming staff. We see it, we come back.

Very good services for a 3 star. The room is a little small for a long stay but for 2 nights it is perfect. Same for the bathroom but very well equipped and functional. The swimming pool is great and quiet. I would have spent a few more days there.

everything is good or very good except for the mattress which is getting old and is marked by the hollow locations which is very disturbing for sleeping well. for one night let's spend but more for us it would not be possible.

Access to the room from 3 p.m. and departure in the morning at 11 a.m. is very pleasant. The room is bright, Basque linen is present. The bathroom is spacious, the shower extra large (1m). No noise at night. Very varied breakfast, from savory to sweet, fresh and natural orange juice, excellent croissants. The decor of the dining room is typical Basque. It's perfect. We have been here before and we will come again. We thank the staff and owners for their warm welcome. Congratulations and thank you.

Don't stay here unless you are happy with about thirty flies buzzing around the bedroom and a hair ion the bed and in the sink!! When I complained the man behind reception shrugged his shoulders and said that it was a fact that they had a problem with flies. Maybe thdy should warn potential customers of this. A woman came to the room to inspect the flies and hzairs. I asked for the room to be sprayed but am not sure that they bothered. They were completely uninterested and at no point was there an apology. This hotel is best avoided until they sort their infestation out.

I knew the region a little, my friend didn't. I didn't know about your hotel restaurant, and the choice we have is simply more than perfect. It is certain, we will come back with great pleasure.

What a reception! We had the impression of having always been there, of being welcome.... The meal was excellent and very local (important for us). The perfect breakfast and also lots of local products (the word "product" is not nice, I prefer local sweets). The night was too short, we will come back to reinforce our pleasure of having met this place and these people. THANKS.

Frankly, if all Logis Hôtels could take an example from the Euzkadi hotel. Superb hotel, large, very clean room, very nicely decorated. The quality of the products served at the top restaurant as well as the breakfast with homemade products, black cherry jam among others
