Good lake side hotel, good food, very friendly service

Very beautiful view of the Serre-Ponçon lake, restaurant and breakfast at the top. What a shame that the bathroom is 70s style and the room decor is quite old-fashioned! As a result, the price is rather high.

Very warm welcome, we were accompanied by my dog, a golden retriever. The dog was given an arrival gift (treats in a cute little package) not to mention all the cuddles.. The fact that they accept dogs is a plus!. Well-located hotel and attentive staff. I highly recommend

Very disappointed by this hotel which does not deserve its 3 stars: the bedding was torn, the supports and the sink plug were rusty, the bottom of the bathtub was completely worn and its faucets were wobbly. To use the kettle, it had to be placed on the floor to connect it because the cord was too short. As for the television, you can't get any smaller. The only good surprise was the good food!

Loved our stay here. Beautiful views across the lake. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Waiter at dinner was very efficient and the food was great. Loved the Fondue. Would definitely recommend.

The welcome is professional and warm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they are being updated little by little. There is a lack of a real office/work area for passing professionals, but I know that it will be set up.

It was just a one night stopover, but we were well received. The room was clean and nice, no luxury, a bit old fashioned but comfortable bed, very good heating, spacious bathroom...

Very old rooms, very small bathroom and it was too hot, no air conditioning, just fans. We slept badly despite good mattresses. On the other hand, very good welcome, very varied and good breakfast, magnificent location, the view is really superb. Top swimming pool also, at a good temperature.

The hotel was nice, view was outstanding, but wait staff was at times rude. Reception staff was very pleasant. Food was decent, wine was good. Pool really needed a handrail. Was a bit scary.

Hotel which has failed to renew itself in terms of rooms, deplorable quality of bedding, aging room despite a nice view, bathroom from another time.

Everything was perfect. The staff is great. Very pleasant. The only thing missing is a hairdryer in the bathroom and everything is perfect because on a motorbike it's not practical to take a hairdryer.

A hotel in the perfect location and with a top restaurant! The rooms are average but spacious, the bathroom is very outdated and not very well equipped, but the bedding is great and it is very quiet! In the summer, the swimming pool is great!

Very nice hotel. Good welcome. Beautiful terrace. Good table. A small criticism of industrial pastries at breakfast (but this seems to be becoming the norm), but there must be no shortage of good bakers in France.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four days. Our perception of this establishment was very mixed. I will distinguish two subjects, the hotel and the restaurant. As for the hotel, its location fully deserves its name, offering superb views of the lake. Its wooded environment and private parking are also very positive points. On the other hand, the rather shabby room that was offered to us certainly does not deserve the three-star label. The surface area was tiny and the bathroom unacceptably cramped. The latter (combining sink, toilet and shower) was very uncomfortable to access and did not have a connection to a VMC, which very quickly resembled a steam bath and prevented the towels from drying, which we were encouraged to do not replace, of course! Finally the shower was not equipped with a mixer and, better, reversed the blue / red colors on the taps. We of course quickly corrected the codes but it leaves a bad impression. As for the restaurant, we appreciated the harmonious and aesthetic layout and decoration of the spaces. The dishes were generally tasty with the exception of a grilled piece of beef of disappointing quality.

Hotel well located and clean. The rooms are not in keeping with the rest of the hotel (decoration, non-existent soundproofing, light in the 2nd floor corridor which does not work). Very good food, friendly and pleasant, smiling staff.

For us this hotel should not have 3***! The room (20) that we had was tiny and dilapidated, tiny bathroom! The swimming pool, magnificent photo on the site, is in fact in the garden of a house below the hotel and you can access it by passing behind the kitchens via a stone path that the delivery men take! For us, regarding the "accommodation and the swimming pool, the photos on the site are misleading and not representative of reality! We have sometimes had 2**s that are much better!

Beautiful location with a great view, beautiful pool, also with a great panorama. Unfortunately, the room is a bit old. Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent, dinner very good. If you are sensitive to noise, you cannot sleep with the window open.

On arrival it turned out that there are no facilities for people with reduced mobility. There is no elevator. At the time of booking I had requested to be given a room suitable for the disabled, but that request was not registered. My room turned out to be on the second floor, with a shower in the bath. Annoying. The rooms are neat but could be a lot better with a little more care: longer cord on the kettle (which now has to be on the floor because of the short cord!) A minibar, a narrower desktop so that there is more room to move and a little more tidy maintenance of the floors and stairwells.

Room is very old overall, a bit of modernity wouldn't hurt, given the price of the stay. Very nice and modern swimming pool, with a magnificent view of the lake.

Servers at the top in the restaurant and very warm welcome. There is no air conditioning in the rooms.

Well located, helps out well for a short stay, the value for money in season is not justified (no air conditioning in the rooms, no mattresses on the deckchairs so 0 comfort) moreover the friendliness of the staff was not at the meeting and no information was given to us when we arrived (departure time, swimming pool schedule)

We are asked to fill out an online form a few days before but on arrival we We are asked the same questions and the requests have not been taken into account. As for the price of breakfast at 14€...

I come regularly to this hotel, the staff and management are very friendly. We dine and breakfast very well, fresh and quality products. The only downside is the very small bathrooms.

Very well received, (this is very important!) our stay was very pleasant. We thank the staff for their sympathy and professionalism. The +++ of this hotel is really the swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the lake (and the mountains). And its restaurant. (excellent dishes)
