Very nice place in the heart of Ribeauvillé. Neat decoration. Cleanliness. Comfortable and warm rooms. Hearty breakfast with fresh products. Dinner around seasonal products. Small card but this is not derogatory... on the contrary it is a guarantee of quality. We will come back.

The half-board meal a little expensive and too plentiful. A lower price than the restaurant menu and without cheese would have been preferable. The wait was a little long between dishes. Difficult parking near the hotel.

Well-equipped hotel located in the city center. The rooms are spacious and very quiet.

Ein 140cm Bett ist für zwei Leute definitiv zu klein. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel und eignet sich wirklich nur um dort zu schlafen. Then you will be renewed and even more people will die when they are small.

Very nicely renovated hotel, in a building several hundred years old in the heart of the typical town of Ribeauville. The only problem is the lack of parking… with luck (this was my case) a space (in the blue zone) is available near the hotel. Otherwise, according to what the hostess told me, there is a parking lot 200m away. Very good authentic meal, breakfast with a nice variety of products (an extra kouglof). Super comfortable bedding. And a very warm welcome.

Very nice hotel, well located, pleasant staff. The restaurant seems very good but unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it because there were no vegan dishes offered on the menu, nor any vegetarian dishes.

Very nicely renovated. We had the spa suite. The jacuzzi needs to be maintained because black deposits come out of the jets each time it is used. The breakfast was very good.

Because we wanted to spend the day in the room during our hiking break, we asked to change rooms to a larger room with a couch. This could be changed quickly. The service and quality of food and wine are truly exceptional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night say at this beautiful, boutique hotel. Located in a very pretty square just off the central part of town. Sadly we timed our stay when the restaurant was closed for two out of the three nights (it's shut Tuesday and Wednesday) as the meal at the hotel's restaurant on our final night surpassed the previous 2 nights by some degree and we wished we could have sampled more. The breakfast was excellent - with a fantastic range of high quality prepared and chosen ingredients. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The addition of a kettle and tea making facilities in the room would have been welcomed as neither my husband or I drink coffee, so the fancy coffee making machine was left redundant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this establishment - excellent value for money.

It has been a few years since my last visit and I was very impressed with the upgrades and changes. The rooms are even better than before (the air condition was a nice surprise on the very hot September day). Our dinner at the restaurant was superb. The service was impressive and the food was amazing. We will be back!

We arrived on Tuesday evening around 8:30 p.m., reservations made at 8 p.m.... Weekly closure of the establishment, a phone call from the owner opens the hotel for us after her telephone call, a pleasant person and awareness that we are unaware of the closure that day there, breakfast served the next day despite its Wednesday closure... A comfortable and very clean room. Quality continental breakfast, with local products and attention to the smallest detail. We will return there during our regular returns from Austria 🤗

Sehr stylelles Hotel, modern Zimmer, zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Very good hotel.

Dinner on the terrace. Everything was very good (a bit pricey). Small flat, the white wine that we took is served by the boss. The bottle is numbered and placed in a bucket among many others. Result, there remained the equivalent of two small glasses that we never had. Next time I'll make sure the bottle stays on my table.

It felt like home

Very nice small hotel in the down town in very old nice building. Rooms are small, but complete refurbished with air condition. Good breakfast (for France). Very good service. Dinner was perfect. But hotel is not prepared for handicapped guests due to missing elavator and small stairs. And the bathroom has no bathroom vent and the rooms to the roads get a bit noice from the roads. And from 11:30 in the night no lights in the surrounding of the hotel, our arrival was a bit difficult.

A small hotel in the center of Ribeauville. The rooms are furnished according to 3-star standards, the bathroom is large and conveniently furnished. The staff is very nice and you can eat very well in the restaurant. Unfortunately, there are hardly any parking spaces near the hotel, it is just in the center.

Very nice hotel, decorated very well and in excellent condition. The location is central and perfect for walking to everything in the city center.

There is no Check_In before 17:00.

We wanted to sit and (if possible to have a drink at 22:45) in front of the hotel and listen to the music as there was a concert at the house next by. The owner just yelled at us "No not it's finished". This was very irritatiing.

What a pleasant surprise our 2 night stay was.
The staff was so kind and happy on each interaction.
The beds and bedsheets were very comfortable. The breakfast excellent, everything tasted great. The view of the square was pretty. It was located on a beautiful street to walk through in the town center. We were able to find parking both nights in just a minute (max 2 hours parking except 7pm - 9am).
This was perfect to visit Ribeauville, but also perfect to then go by car to other nearby beautiful towns, Colmar, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg-Vignoble, Strasbourg.
The shower pressure was also amazing.
